Review: On January 13, 2014, I went to Quantum Graphics Unlimited aka.(Quality Uniforma) to obtain a $45 dollar refund on a police uniform shirt that was ordered on November 13, 2013. A refund was requested because the shirt was supposed to be mailed to my address, but was never sent out. The merchant agreed on the refund and requested the credit card that was originally use to conduct the credit. A review of my account later revealed the merchant did not refund me, but charged my account for $139.13, which was the original amount of the items I purchased on November 13, 2014. On January 22, 2014, I contacted the merchant and attempted to correct the error. I spoke with a [redacted], who indicated that he was part owner, and he indicated that they were in error and would refund me the entire amount that included the original refund of $45.00 for the shirt plus the $139.13 that was taken from my account on January 13, 2013, which was supposed be a credit of $45. [redacted] stated that the money should be post by January 22, 2014. On January 24, 2014, a review my account revealed the no monies had be posted to my account. I contacted [redacted] once again on this date, and he indicated a credit to my account had taken place, and nothing further could be done. I contacted my bank about the charges and pending credits, and they indicated there was nothing they could do.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $45 for the shirt that was not delivered and to receive the $139.13 that was fraudlently taken for my account on January 13, 2014.
