Review: I purchased a Net Ten Samsung Galaxy Phone with a bonus $50 [redacted]Play Credit and I cannot redeem the bonus on the website because the field in which I need to put in my information will not allow me to enter information. When I attempt to complete the online customer complaint for the same thing happens- I cannot submit my complaint because the CAPCHA code was entered incorrectly however, no CAPCHA code was ever on the screen to type in. I've attempted to redeem several times in a variety of ways. The redemption code is not valid because there are not enough spaces in their field to accept the full code and gives an error message. The last time I attempted the site it said it was under construction. There is only a two week period from the time of purchase to redeem the card. I would not have bought this phone if I would have know the $50 [redacted] Play credit was a bogus offer. They have no mailing address or telephone number on their site so it is impossible to contact them. I called Net Ten and they were even worse and of no assistance. I spent 45 minutes on the phone and was finally told to call [redacted]. I explained that it was a Net Ten promotion and [redacted] would not be able to help me. After arguing for quite some time I asked for the phone number and the Net Ten rep said she didn't have it- I have to find it myself.Desired Settlement: I want my $50 [redacted] Play Credit as advertised.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Quantum Marketing regarding complaint ID [redacted]. This promotion had to be redeemed within two weeks of purchase so is now expired. Very disappointing.
