Where do I begin?! Long story short : I had a $credit for services that were unable to be rendered in July Fast forward to February 3,I call to use part of my credit towards a massage gift certificate and actually spoke to Dr [redacted] "he answered the phone" at the front desk I explained that I had a credit and how I would like to use it for Valentines day, he told me No Problem and to just send a reply to the email he just sent me, with the address to mail the gift certificate to and it would be taken care of I send the information in the Reply and about an hour later I get a phone call from an exceptionally rude, unprofessional, office girl of Dr [redacted] named [redacted] that he put up to calling me He had this girl call me to inform me that I did not have a credit and that I owed them monies from 2012,?! When I spoke to the doctor earlier I told him that I had no problem calling back to let one of the office girls take care of me, because I called between lunch time " I thought" and he said he will go ahead and take care of me now because they are doing office training and he has a new office manager, so I said ok I KNOW I HAD A CREDIT OF $dollars and now when I go to use it he has this RUDE office girl tell me I do not have a credit there?! While speaking with this RUDE office girl, as she was talking over me and being very unprofessional to me " THE PATIENT" I then told her NOT TO SPEAK TO ME THE WAY SHE WAS and That she did NOT HAVE TO BE SO RUDE TO ME! I ended the call and sent the doctor an email that I would like a call back from him and that the way I " THE PATIENT" was handled by his RUDE office girl Paige, was unprofessional and unacceptable! He then calls me and tells me he knows nothing of me having a credit because he was NOT there when I was issued the credit and that he did NOT know what the credit was for I explained what the credit was for and that his previous office girl is the one who issued the credit, so yes I HAD A CREDIT! Dr [redacted] decided to argue and debate with me "THE PATIENT" over having a $credit, after I just got done telling him I was recuperating from having surgery for Ovarian cancer days prior and how upset that his RUDE office girl made me and for NO reason, when ALL I was trying to do was purchase a gift certificate for someone which in turn would bring him a NEW client! He basically tells me that since he knew nothing of me having a $credit form July 2014, that his office girl applied to my account and that HE just told me on the phone earlier that he saw that I had a credit, THAT NOW I DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT, BECAUSE HE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THEM APPLYING MY CREDIT! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL, DESPERATE AND SHADY CAN A PERSON BE! A SO CALLED DOCTOR AT THAT! He made it like I had done something wrong, he was talking in circles and looking for every reason NOT to give me the CREDIT " I ALREADY HAD ON FILE"! How in the world do you treat a patient like this and actually for NO VALID REASON! I got treated poorly and disrespected because he had NO CLUE WHAT HIS OFFICE STAFF WAS DOING, AND THAT IS MY FAULT??!! Apparently he needs the $more than making sure he treats his patients properly and respectfully! He will probably rebuttal, because I told him how I notice on YELP how ANYTIME ANYONE HAS LEFT A "BAD EXPERIENCE" COMMENT HE HAS A REBUTTAL OR TURNS THE BLAME ON THEM SO go ahead I HAVE THE Email to back up this "TRUE STATEMENT" ! ***SHARED***
