Customer wanted to purchase gold at market price on May 6th. We told the customer if we could not lock in the price May 6th because the market was closing then we had the right to adjust the price on Morning to...

cover losses for our benefit.
To protect the customer from price swings over the weekend, I opted to to lock in the customers order as he wanted on May 6th.
When picking up his order, the customer noted no objection to the price. In fact Customer signed the final invoice which clearly indicated the price he was purchasing at and his receipt of product. Under contract law that signature and his acceptance of product constituted final agreement of product being received and final price agreed by customer.
