The issue here is I was told by the tendent that lives there that her landlord Maria approved the parking there also there were no signs where I parked Quadro never emailed me a copy of the pictures this is the first time I am seeing this Why is it? The pictures I have I took them for proof showing there were no signs stating no parking there and I saw other people parked there as well There are garbage cans there, I never said there weren't I said I was not parked by the garbage cans I was close to the wall and away from the garbage cans Everybody knows when you take a picture at whatever angle the picture can be made closer to an object than it seems Who Called the tow truck was it the person that said I could park there? I took the pictures of the wall and of the skid marks of my car I was no where near the dumpters, I was parked right across from lot on the wall I am still requesting my money back for wrongful tow There is a law called the capstone law where Quadro held my possession, my car and would not release it until I paid the $ that is illegal I want my money back the tow is unlawful There is a reason a company would be rated a D+ in Revdex.com I am not an angry person I don't want to be taken advantage of a company I received the notices of the DMV that the car was towed but that doesn't make it right why didn't they send me a copy of the towing before? shaddy

Hello,We do have photo's of the violation and have provided this information to the customer as well. In addition we have an agreement with the property owner that states this vehicle could be towed. It was not parked in a parking spot, in addition we called the Phoenix police to report the impound... and violation prior to towing, and in accordance with the law we have posted our No parking signs. In addition to all of that you can clearly see that their are dumpsters in the area and parking in front or near them in their assigned area is also a violation of city code. There were three violations which we notified the customer of. First they claimed we didn't have photos. We clearly do. 2nd they claimed we didn't have landlord approval, which we clearly do as we have a signed agreement. Third they claimed there were no dumpsters, or garbage cans and they are also clearly in the photo. 4th, we called this in to the police to report the violations, and the tow. This person was visting as they stated a friend and clearly didnt read the posted signs of parking rules of the mobile home park. They are clearly not parked in a parking space. We did everything within the law, and our agreement with the property owner.

The person who has made the complaint states they were a guest at the mobile home parkThey likely are unfamiliar with the written contract we have with the property manager, and the rules of the mobile home parkThey admitted to parking in the street in their complaint which is not allowed on the
propertyWe also have a photo of the violation as wellIn addition, we called it into the Phoenix police departmentWe also to top it off have a written contract from the property manager showing we can tow vehicles without notice if they are illegally parked which this customer was (In their own words parked in the street) Again, we did nothing illegalWe only followed the guidelines of our contract, and with the city codes

If I could give this tow company a NEGATIVE STAR rating I wouldI understand these companies are competitive and I understand some people who go to get thier vehicles released are rude and treat the employees like ***, but when Im simply telling them I would like for them to bill me, FIRSTLY he lies and asks me for my title so if I dont pay he can put a lien on my vehicle ..FALSE...to which I pointed out legally all you need is my id and proof of ownershipTo which another bigger male overheard and said shes right she just needs to give us billing info and sign this pnote...billing info ABSOLUTLY correct, making my brother sign a pnote was completely against the law and then he had the audasity to ask "I dont know who your getting your info from" well that would be his sister a paralegal who is aware, but because he refused to sign the pnote and wait for the police, he got the window slammed in our face and locked, and then we got told to get off the property and he then sent a employee to lock the front entrance gates during buisness hoursBecause my brother could not wait for the police much longer due to work, they kept insisting he had to sign but he would not have to pay today, so he didwhich will later be disputed by myself and a law firm because of the company forcing documentation to obtain signature for the release of the vehicleHe was willing to give all billing info which law calls for, but for you guys to bully and act like some scary *** lil girls and lock us out quicker then you said hello and lie to him so he will sign A PROMISSORY NOTE which is not a legal document in any way, well thats unlawful, and I willl be sure to tell everyone that they will not have to pay at time of release just because you all know so much!!

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
First of all the vehicle that was towed was a truck not a car. None of my tires were flat prior to it being towed and only one tire was flat when we went to pick it up from this company, and that was the front passenger side. I never said that I was a [redacted] however I did state that I am a county employee and work for the adult probation department, and that my vehicle is registered with the county and has law enforcement stickers on the back window. As well I have receipts for when my tiers were purchased. I do not smoke nor drink and am willing to take tests to prove so. One of the employees that I was speaking with for this company stated that in fact they were smoking [redacted] and that most of the employees probably possess medical [redacted] cards. Within 24 hours of receiving my vehicle back the ABS light came on as well as the check engine light. Neither of which were on prior to this company towing my vehicle. I am requesting a replacement of my tire and services to fix the light issues. I am willing to take this to court if necessary, and have pictures and documentation to support my claim.
