So are you saying my car is registered in Ohio and in California at the same time?

He called me told me he was going to take my car as he reported it stolen as he has a clear title to it being registered in Ohio he,s sending someone to get it and I am to pay to ship the car back to him and that I have to sue *** *** about it since she signed some paper that he wouldn't sue her.Anyways car has been registered again my name and insured my name till March 2018Also said the car left his shop in perfect running condition still with no brakes due to no brake fluid same carburetor pushed not drove upon shipping truck driver made damage walk around report before taking car for his defense with Queen's I have that paper also, So?My name is *** *** *** I have had a few problems with *** ***When I first opened up my account the account I was given was a no interest account a bank teller later informed meThen former in home care worker western union herself money I made a police report *** *** *** she was also paying for a car with my account unauthorized by me last year looking at some statements that had been hidden from me paying *** *** ***###-###-#### 5/15/twice for $5/18/$7/12/at 5/11/I had $Dont know exactly how many more Western funding charges that I dont see 8/07/Rent a center ***aware ohio $the next two charges were credited back to my account 8/11/$*** imports and $*** *** ***aware Ohio 8/09/*** *** $8/09/*** *** $8/10/*** ###-###-####Last pur*** I made was 9/glasses from *** $I opened up a *** account $because *** kept locking up my account not knowing that my *** account had been credited back 08/then to find out my *** account was closed $over drafted? Who did ***aware Ohio unauthorized transactions? I believe *** *** *** ** *** *** ***Ohio that's were *** *** merchandise was delivered when I got in contact with them I was told there was nothing I could do without the receipt? What I want to know is do they just get away with doing this to one of *** Banks customers I opened up this account with $500.000!!!! People did take advantage of me being sometimes unable to handle myself do to my disability______________________________There saying they can only help account holders well all the unauthorized use of my account is the reason why I no longer retain one with them to me they are saying I should have noticed this sooner even though I got a police report still nothing______________________Unfair

Had my date's mixed up. I had my flight from Columbus Ohio scheduled 01/06/2016 to Oakland California I went to Queen's shop 01/05/2016 to let him know that I was calling a shipping company to pick up my car since he had been telling me my car is available to me if I knew someone with a tow truck...

but when I arrived to inform him of my plans 01/05/2016 he then told me he was not going to release it until he received $700 because he let BMW owner have his car not to sue [redacted] my flight is the next day so I'm paying him monthly $700 plus $400 for the carburetor replacement at $1100 he then Tell's me [redacted] had work done on her car and sighed over my car to him (What)? I sent him the copies of the paper work proving that car belongs to me plus papers from Sacramento CA that [redacted] had forged documents on car then he started acting flaky Me in California wanting my car in [redacted]aware Ohio that is my first car owned it since I was 17 I'm now 56 I paid him when car arrived to me in California first dead battery,no brakes because of no brake fluid truck driver informed me Queen's employees pushed it up on the truck as I noticed the Dent's truck driver handed me the inspection paper where they do the walk around and write what damage they see before they pick it up Queen's filled it out I have that paper 1st complaint 10/28/2016 he said by rights he could h[redacted] sold it since he had paperwork 10/30/2016 we had argument because I sent $200 [redacted] to [redacted] two months prior g[redacted] him confirmation number he did not go get it don't know why so he's upset 02/08/2017 my girlfriend who's name is also on the title called Queen's to ask about this situation he started hollering that the car was in perfect running condition when it left [redacted]aware even though they pushed it on the truck and it was pushed off when it got to me then he says he's going to report the car stolen since he has duplicate papers that I sent to prove ownership and my custom car cover
