BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

I recently had to move my furniture from FL all the way to NY. The previous company who was scheduled to pick up my items bailed on me last minute. That's when I frantically started looking for another company to ship my stuff. I came upon Pan American's website and submitted my information for a free quote. I immediately got a call with a quote that was HALF THE PRICE compared to the initial company I was scheduled with.

I immediately accepted the quote and was scheduled for a pick up THE NEXT DAY!! The movers arrived pretty early 6am and packed everything in the truck by 7am, I DID NOT have to life a finger. The movers also were pretty nice and hilarious to have around.

They said expected delivery would be in 2 days but to my surprise my stuff arrived THE NEXT DAY! I just couldn't believe it. They even helped bringing my furniture inside the elevator and up to the 12th floor.

I honestly DID NOT expect this kind of wonderful customer service from a moving company. I was ready to file complains and for a refund but I am EXTREMELY satisfied and will be contacting this company again if I ever need help with moving again.
