Store Owner/Manager added an extra $to a $service fee and $tip I had leftWhen I asked for the money back the Owner/Manager said "Its jsut $5" watch your bank statements people!

Regarding to [redacted]'s case, it's a unexpected complaint because she had been a long term customer with us here at Queen Nails.
She came for Saik but...

that day she came about 10-15 minutes before her appointment. At that moment, Saik was finishing his previous client. She complained to me why he wouldn't ready for her. I explained he would be done right on her appointment time come. Then she determined to get her toes polishes French tip. After her toes polished, she told the toes separators right away and throw it back to the spa chairs she just left & messed up her toes. With angers, she talked to my staffs unpleasantly & I came to calm her down while my staff was fixing her toes perfectly again. She determined to let her paying $10 & got out of my salon & yelled to others to hear that's we didn't honor her appointment. That obviously wasn't a true statement but she wasn't even happy at the very first moment she came. I have been known her for at least 3-4 yrs, that was the first time she acted that way.
On behalf of my staffs, I am so sorry for trouble to you all. However, as a business aspect, we did performed our services in order to get pay $10 that day. I just don't appreciated she treated my staffs so poorly even she knew she messed up her own toes & we happened to fixed them without any problems.
We're everyday focusing on keep all customers happy, and understanding that"customer is always right" but there is also a boundary for mutual respect as well.

I have been doing business with this salon for over a year now and I have been very, very pleased. They are very professional, friendly and fair in how they conduct their business. To the man who complained about a gift certificate that he held on to for over a year and then had the nerve to file a complaint because it wasn't honored...you are an it! Have you ever heard the expression "you can attract more flies with honey than vinegar"?? Perhaps if you had been nicer to these people they may have tried to work something out with you. This family is running a business, not a charity. I hope you feel better after filing your complaint, but it hasn't hurt their business one bit. Anyone who wants to have their nails done and be taken good care of, give this salon a call! They will treat you right!

Did not do a good job or help to resolve the issue.I had an appointment at the salon at 12:00, I arrived at 12:03 and was not attended to until 12:29. I requested a gel full set, the woman filed my nails, added tips and then used the electric file to prep my nails. She cut the majority of my fingers with the file leaving them bleeding with no appology. She switched back and forth between myself and another client and did not wash her hands in between. When cutting my nails they were very uneven and different lengths when I requested that she even them out she just cut them all shorter. I waited it out hoping that it would all look fine in the end because at other salons I have had them filed at multiple stages of the process. I paid before they were polished so that I didn't mess up the polish. And then it got worse. There were clumps and hairs in the polish and small black spots. When I asked her to fix them she got frustrated with me. When she finished and they still looked bad I requested to speak to the manager. Because I didn't have more time to wait and have them fixed (due to starting 30 minutes late) they told me it wasn't their problem. They removed my polish and gave me $5 back but left my nails unfinished and still bleeding. /////Desired SettlementRefund, I've never paid this much for a job so bad and wouldn't expect anyone else too /////
