I am rejecting this response because: / [redacted] Style Definitions */ As a consumer, I took a risk on utilizing Queen of Clean and More servicesServices that were advertised to “shine and sparkle” after services were renderedThese services fell short of my expectations and as a result I experienced unnecessary stress and inconvenienceUpon bringing these issues to [redacted] ’s attention she became defense and unreceptive Therefore, I was not comfortable with having her or her employees re-enter my residence and as a costumer I have that rightAs a consumer, it is not my affair regarding how many employees she must hire and pay to carry out these services In hindsight, there should not have been a reason for workers to “missed a few minor spots” in a small 2bedroom 2bathroom houseTo blatantly lie about the condition of my home prior to your arrival is appallingIt is understandable that you must make these claims in order to attempt to justify the poor quality of cleaning you and your company accomplished In regards to [redacted] ’s responses of the photographs: 1) The bobby pins in the picture of the soap dish in the standing shower were not the reason for the photo to be takenThe soap dish had not been cleaned 2) The flooring I took photographs of were not in the hallway but were in the kitchen 3) It is merely common curtesy and common sense if an item is moved it should be returned to its original location, not disregarded The photo frames were not the only items that had not been placed backThere was a bathroom rug and trash can that were left in the living roomA toilet roll holder had been left on the bathroom counter 4) The small soap ring on the drain was not a hard water stain, it was dirtAll it took was less than a minute of my time, soap, and a sponge to clean it off 5) The photograph of the toilet was to show that it had not been cleaned as there was still dust and dirt that were still visible 6) The justification provided for the photograph of the dirt on the wall was the first time it was brought to my attentionThe wall has since been cleaned and the paint did not sustain any damage 7) The photograph taken underneath the couch was to show it had not been swept/moped and was just one of several areas that had not been cleaned and should not have been considered as minor I also failed to mention in my complaint that my hardwood floors were also damaged by this businessThe business did not immediately disclose the damage and I discovered it after my walkthrough of the residence Although, she accepted responsibility and hired a second party to “fix” the hardwood floors, there is variation in the flooring and the area that was repaired is visibly altered Lastly, regarding [redacted] ’s “I strive to do the best work I can and I feel I did above and beyond.”I’m sure the business went above and beyond when they stole my broom from my residence and I later had to respond to the store to replace it In conclusion, I should not have had to re-clean my residence after I paid for these services to be delivered in what was supposed to be an efficient mannerAs a result, a portion of the money I paid out should be refunded

Good Afternoon, In response to *** *** letter to the Revdex.comYes Queen of Clean verbally arranged a deep cleaning for 11-16-We did advise her that It would take 4-hours ( hours minutes for one person equals hours because we price to the full houras per most business's
I don't pro rate hours.) to accomplish the deep cleaning. Queen of clean had people working at Quincy Street on 11-16-which equals hoursI had quoted her a price of $for the job which should have been much higherThat was my fault and my learning curveUpon arriving it was apparent that parts of this house had not been cleaned for a very long timetherefore taking our crew longer than expectedAgain I know this is part of the jobI was not aware that my worker missed a few minor spots that *** *** brought to my attentionOnce she brought this to my attention I wanted to rectify the situation as soon as possibleHowever, to my dismay she did not want myself or my cleaning crew to come back to fix the spots we had missedThe spots that were brought to my attention were. bobby pins and soap left on soap dish 2.flooring by laundry area (this was a area we were told not to clean by ***) showing we didn't move a picture frame back ( we tried to put everything back in its place best as possible, and this isn't guaranteed, it also shows the client we dusted there) small soap ring by drain ( this is a hard water stain and were not able to get on a first time cleaningthis would need to be cleaned on a regular basis in order for the ring to get lighter. Light switch wall had dirt( this is one area my worker did miss and I felt bad and wanted to return to fix) toilet had a leaf by it ( cant say why to my knowledge we left this area spotless) circle wall ( this was my attempt to clean a very dirty wall, upon starting if we continued we would have peeled paint we decided it was best to stop) I strive to do the best work I can and I feel I did above and beyondI know we went far past the contract of $therefore, after paying my crew there was no refund to give and I still wanted on my dollar to go back to fix the minor areas we forgot Being that this is my first time ever receiving a complaintI wish we could have come to a agreement Sincerely, *** *** Queen of Clean
