Queen of Maids

Queen of Maids has been an excellent service. I love the convenience of booking and auto-billing online. The crew they sent has cleaned my house better than any other cleaning service in the valley. And they always ensure I am satisfied with my service. At last...an EASY button for cleaning services!

I have used Queen of Maids for a few months now to clean my home. I really love the feeling of a clean home (without putting in all the work)! I have a lot of tile in my home, and it always looks so great after my cleanings!

Review: I live out of state and set up a bi-monthly cleaning service for my parents through Queen of Maids. Total contracted time was for two hours of cleaning. I discovered the owner's maids lied to my parents and said that they were only contracted for one hour of cleaning, after which they would leave. I was repeatedly, over the course of almost a year, billed for two.

Once I discovered this discrepancy, I contacted the owner, who checked with his maids. He told me that his maids felt uncomfortable and they showed umbrage about cleaning around my autistic younger brother, and that my father (who suffers from advanced stages Parkinson's Disease) made them uncomfortable, so they "wanted to get out of there as soon as possible."

During the final three months of service, his maids claimed that my father was the primary reason they were leaving early. This is impossible, as my father was hospitalized and not home at that time. Although this blatant discrepancy was raised with the owner, he offered no explanation as to why his maids' story did not add up.

The owner believes that all of the above validates and excuses being charged for two hours even though services were only rendered for one. I disagree.Desired Settlement: Retroactive refund for 1 hour of service (what was actually rendered) for bi-monthly charges instead of two.

Hello Revdex.com!I called in about this issue, but wanted to follow up via email. I called in to the Arizona Revdex.com to discuss the issue of me being out of town in trying to resolve this issue. I contacted the customer and waited a response. The customer was unable to respond until I was out of town celebrating my 10th anniversary with my wife. I will be back sometime on March 7th and can respond to the customer by March 8th at the latest. I contacted the Revdex.com to ask if the response time for Queen of Maids could be extended past the original 7 day period because of these circumstances, which I was told that would most likely be okay. As you can see from the emails I have included, the customer also agreed to receive a delayed response from me. I apologize for any delay the creates. If I was comfortable delegating this issue to an employee, I would have done so. However, given this customer's history, I feel that I need to oversee our response.
