Response to Complaint ID: [redacted] Ms [redacted] came into the store to purchase a natural body wave frontalWe were sold out so she decided she wanted a regular body wave closureShe then asked if we had any other frontals and we said we only had the curly frontal in stockShe didn't like the texture of the curly frontal so she made a final decision on getting the body wave closureAfter her final decision, the closure was showed to the customer in detailThe closure was parted and the customer was happy with it and made her purchaseThe customer was then given hair care tips, found on the back of every flyer that is placed in the bag after a purchase, on how to properly maintain her closureShe was informed to not bleach the knots of the closure as bleaching the knots can cause balding as well as damage to the closureShe was again informed that all the information given is on the back of the flyerWe alsoinformed her that all sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges.After getting her hair installed, Ms[redacted] called and said her closure was improperly bleachedWe forwarded her complaint to our corporate officeShe sent a picture of the closure to corporate and said she did not know whether or not her stylist bleached the knots.In an effort to resolve the matter, we informed Ms [redacted] that even though it was an error on the part of her stylist, we could offer her a discount on the purchase of a new closureShe declined and said she wanted her money backWe then informed her that at the time of purchase she made sure her closure was good and she was informed that all sales are final and there are no refunds.She then said she would do a Revdex.com complaint.This is our official response.Please let me know if you need any further documents.Best, Felicia DA [redacted] Work: ###-###-####

At the time of purchase, the body wave closure had only been parted on the sideThe closure was never parted down the middle where the bleach is located in the pictureI was never advised by the sales rep of a no return policy as I had no intention on ever returning the hairIf the hair is installed with a side part, the bleach is not visibleHowever, I requested a middle part from my hair stylist and that's when the bleach was discovered (during the install)I was unaware that the hair had been previously tampered with and has already paid a scheduled hair stylist $to install my hair and closureKnowing that it had nothing to do with my hair stylist, I went directly to the company I purchased the hair fromIn return I was told the product was not from the company, then later offered a discountI didn't understand why the manager Mr.M*** would offer discounts on something he doesn't feel was purchased at his storeI declined on the note that I had now spent money for the closure to be installed and will have to pay out of pocket again to get another one installedMr.M*** had advised me he would speak to the sales rep at the store location and give me a call backWhen we later spoke via emailMr.M*** sent "LOL" messages to me completely unprofessional and inconsiderate
