Review: I bought a vehicle on 9/**-2014 from this dealership, a 2008 BMW (Vin#: [redacted]), put down a total deposit of $7000, which includes a $3000 and $4000 trade in value for a Nissan Pathfinder I had. Financed through Exeter Finance Corp for a total of $14,939.96. Car insured by Geico (Policy number: [redacted] )The Dealer issued issued a temporary tag ( [redacted]) valid for a month (9/**- 10/**) then I paid my $125 car registration/plates fees. One month later around 10/** after the temporary tag has expired , I headed to the dealership to inquire about my new plates and new valid registration that I am supposed to received in the mail, the [redacted]. responded by saying that one the clerks in their registration unit has made a minor error and that they had to resubmit the registration application, which will create a few days delay, therefore they will issue an extension of 30 days to my existing temporary tag and temporary registration. When I raised concern about the validity of the extended temporary plate and the possibility of being stop by Police, the [redacted]., came down personally, took my existing Temp tag and Temp registration, went to their registration Unit and in about 45 minutes later, the [redacted] handed me the same Temporary tag and temporary registration handwritten in markers covering old expiration date 10/** to 11/**, which I think is Fraudulent, and deceitful . Today is the 11/** and I still haven't received any new plates and registration. Went to the Dealer yesterday and told that the Title was misplaced. Also found so many other customers with the same complaints at the Dealer. I cannot drive the vehicle because it is Illegal to drive the car with an expired temporary tag. When I mentioned that to the [redacted], he said that it was ok to drive the car and that if I get any tickets he will pay for them. This dealership is very careless, unresponsible and encourages bad practices with no respect for the Law.

My Second point, the first day I took the car I purchased out of the lot, the left front tire blew after 3 miles of driving. Went to a tire shop, bought a brand new tire to replaced the blown out tire then went back to the dealer with the tire purchase receipt, spoke to the [redacted]., made a copy of the receipt and told to come back in 2 weeks for a refund. Yesterday, I inquired about the refund and was told by [redacted]. that because I have not been nice regarding our handling of the temporary tags, the [redacted] has decided not to issue you a refund anymore regarding the blown out tire.Desired Settlement: I want the Dealer to issue a refund for the $130 new tire I bought, which they had already agreed upon. I want the dealer to either change the car and give me another one if the car I already purchased (2008 BMW ) has some fundamental error issues into the title that will take months before being fixed. Or should agree in WRITING that they will pay for a mid car/SUV Car Rental equivalent to at least $50/day for the time it takes to received the new plates.

Review: May [redacted], 2015 I went to this establishment with an Approved Road Loans contract and attempted to purchase a 2015 Nissan Altima (vin number [redacted] last six digits) the salesman [redacted] who assisted me said his [redacted] would work a better deal for me even though my credit was bad and I was filing for bankruptcy. I not thinking agreed to a deal their [redacted] worked out for me through" [redacted]" with a higher interest rate. I think the excitement of getting approved made me overlook the fact I was agreeing to a loan with 23% interest rate when I had a approved loan for 16% with Roadloans.Com. The [redacted] requested an upfront deposit of $1350 which I could not come up with so he asked how much I could deposit and I told him $350, he agreed and also told me I would have 30 days to come up with the remaining $1000 and I agreed. After all the waiting , signing of the documents, I was happy and left with the vehicle. Then the following day 5-*-2015 around 6pm I get a call from the assistant [redacted]" [redacted] asking me if I could bring the vehicle in for a "Vin Check" , and I told him I couldn't come in till the next day as soon as they open and he agreed. So on 5-*-15 I drove almost 2 hours due to traffic from my residence in New Jersey to Queens, NY and got there before "[redacted]". The first thing "[redacted]" asked was ,where was the vehicle parked and if he could get the key. I gave him the key and he then asked "You only have one key"? I told him my other key was at home. I then waited about 10 minutes for him to tell me to follow him to another office, which I did. Then as I sit down he says" This is the deal, the bank wants the car back" only way you can leave here with the vehicle is if you provide your discharge papers or get a co-signer. I then asked him why he couldn't tell me that over the phone so I could had been prepared to go back home afterwards, and he responded saying he had no idea the bank wanted the car back. This [redacted] did not show any professionalism , he did not care to ask if I had any personal belongings in the vehicle, he didn't offer a solution for me to get back home, all he cared about was getting his vehicle back in the lot. I asked about my $350 deposit I made and he stated "no one is here to cut you a check, so I'll get it mailed out to you within a week. After that I had to find myself a train station to get myself back home not knowing anything about that area of NY I was in or how the train system worked. I felt so embarrassed walking through the streets of NY with a trash bag I was given by "[redacted]" with my personal belonging I had in the Altima. So today 5-**-15, I follow up with my refund, spoke with a [redacted] named" [redacted]" and he asked for the make and model of the vehicle and last six digits of the vin and that he would return my call. I then received a call back from "[redacted]" and he gets on the phone by asking " [redacted] that's what you do, post comments on [redacted] and I stated" Yes I did sir, I'm entitled to post a review that's why the option is on the website." He then stated so that's how you feel , well in that case "I'll post your refund as store credit and when you're ready to purchase a vehicle you can get your money as credit.Desired Settlement: I want my $350.00 refunded fully, as soon as possible, being that was what the assistant [redacted] "[redacted]" promised to do, it was the least he could do being that he took my vehicle back into his possession.

Review: I was never given information on my registration after purchasing the car. I live nearly 2 hours from Queens Auto Mall Auction House. So I tried calling several occasions to receive information. I was always told that the person I need to speak to was not available or they would call me back. And I never received info. So I have no registration info for my automobile. I desperately need the info.Desired Settlement: I need the registration of my car ASAP. As it has been towed and I can not have it released until I get the information.

Review: I went to queens auto mall to get a car 2 weeks ago, my credit is not that great so I ended up applying for a used car loan and was told I was able to get ONE specific car which was chosen by the bank. Every time I asked how much I was approved for I never got an answer. I ended up getting a 2009 toyota corolla with 69000 miles the condition of the car was poor. But being in need of a car I took it. The [redacted] which isn't his real name told me the car was selling for 12,000 and was giving it to me for 10,000, and he was going to throw in a 2 yr warranty. Everything sounded good until after I left. The cars check engine and oil lights came on and 2 weeks after when I went to make a payment I find out that I'm paying a loan of 14,000 for a 10,000 car. I never got the copy of the contract with the amount of the loan the monthly payment etc. They told me I needed to pay a row payment to the bank of 1200 and when I spoke to the issuing bank Santander they said they never recieved it. Now I'm stuck with a 14,000 loan for a car that was only 10,000 and I cannot trade in or refinance because I owe more than what the car is worth. I called [redacted] to confront him and he cursed me out and hung up the phone. I called back again to get a [redacted] name or [redacted] or [redacted] and the staff pretended not to know his name and hung up the phone.Desired Settlement: I simply wish to speak with a [redacted] or [redacted] to have a vehicle worth the amount of the loan I am paying, if not I will take legal action and sue

Review: I purchased a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country with 100,000 miles, the vehicle's price was $7,900 , I deposited $1,500 and was told that the final amount would be $11,000. The manager made me sign an agreement for $11,000 but a few days later he wanted me to come back in to sign another agreement, he told me there was something wrong with the first agreement I signed and he needed me to sign again, there was nothing on the second agreement when I sign but I have been paying my car installment for the past three years and it adds up to more than $11,000 so I requested a statement and the final amount is $18,000, now this is absurd, why would I agree to pay $18,000 for a 2005 vehicle with 100,000 miles on it, the manager changed the contract amount and gave me a different contract to sign.Desired Settlement: I have paid more that enough for the vehicle and would like to stop.

Sincerely,

Review: I went into Queens Auto Mall very focused on what I wanted and how I wanted this done.On April [redacted] I made an appointment to do a trade in of my 2006 BMW 330i for an SUV. The sales person was great and understood my concerns in regards to how I wanted to do my trade in.I told the sales person that I was coming in with my own financing, and ones it was approved by my credit union they would get paid. On April [redacted] I returned after speaking with my credit union of the SUV's. I was intrasted in the day prior. I came in with my title and Drivers license. But before I could did anything I let the sales person know that I would need a bill of sale in order for my credit union to know the cost of the vehicle. At that point the sales person took me to one of the financeing [redacted]s. The financing [redacted] then told me that price of vehicle that I saw online was for those customers wishing to finance directly with Queens Auto Mall. I had no problem with that. My problem was that the [redacted] had already run my credit with out notice. The [redacted] also and tryed to get me to finance directly with Queens Auto Mall. I specifically told the [redacted] that I had my own financing and that I was not interested. At that point I had to ask for the title to my car four times and had to wait an extra 20mins to get it back. My credit score has dropped because of their credit inquiry I never asked for. I'm not happy with the level or lack of communication and information that was provided at this dealership.Desired Settlement: Better training for their [redacted]s. I would also like this inquiry off of my credit report, and a letter stating that it has been taken care of.

Review: When I purchased this vehicle, it was listed as 13,980, but when I looked at my bill on the website, the statement was 16,000+ this was not the amount that was agreed upon. I put done 5,500 dollars with a trade in of a value of 2,000 which was what was quoted to me. They had me sign multiple contracts at the time of the purchase, the first one I signed had the correct price that I thought was on the other documents, but, I'm not entirely sure the other documents reflected the same price..Desired Settlement: I would ultimately like to have the balance to be adjusted to what it would be had the price not changed. I also have photos of the vehicle listed as the price I was told.

Sincerely,

Review: I recently brought a car 2006 Audi a4 from this business. I had it for 2 days and had to return to be serviced due to machanical problems. The business assured me that they would only take couple days to repair and call is to get the car. We do live 3 hrs away from the business. Anyway it's been 2 weeks since they had the car and everytime we try calling to speak to a [redacted] there's always no one there. We called several times, left several messages but not returned phone calls. I finally decided to call the machanic and to see how long the car will take. He did say that the car is finally done but when I asked to get a service report he saying that he won't be able to give me one unless I paid $5000. I always knew that you're supposed to receive a service report from every machanic so I can know what was done with my car. Anyway, having waited 2 weeks with this problem, I've finally give up and would like a refund of my money but everytime I call to get a [redacted] to see if that's possible no ones there. I do want a full refund of my money and return the car.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my payment for this car.

Sincerely,

Review: CAR WAS LISTED AT 17998 RETAIL. I WAS TOLD TO MAKE A DOWN PAYMENT OF WHICH I WANTED TO PUT DOWN 5000. I PUT MY 5000 DOWN AND INSTEAD OF DEDUCTING THIS OFF OF THE RETAIL PRICE, THE DEALER ADDS IT AND FINANCE ME FOR 22,998. I TOLD THEM THAT IS INCORRECT AND THEY INSIST ALL DOWN PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. WHICH NOW I UNDERSTOOD WHY THEY WANTED ME TO HURRY AND MAKE A DOWN PAYMENT. SO MY 5000 DOLLARS VANISHED BECAUSE IT DID NOT GO TOWARDS THE CAR. THEY ALSO SOLD MY "CONTRACT" TO SOME [redacted] WHICH I ASSUME THEY DO BUSINESS WITH. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THAT AND WAS TOLD THE PREVIOUS BANK DENIED MY LOAN AFTER BEING TOLD I WAS APPROVED AND TOOK THE CAR. I DID NOT SIGN FOR THOSE NUMBERS ON MY CONTRACT THEY ARE FALSIFIED AND HAVE BEEN CHANGED. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A COPY ON SIGHT WHEN I REQUESTED IT. LONG STORY SHORT THEY PLAYED WITH NUMBERS AND MADE SURE TO ADD WHAT I WANTED TO PUT DOWN ON VEHICLE THEREFORE CANCELLING THE DOWN PAYMENT ITSELF OUT AS IF I WASNT PUTTING ANYTHING DOWN AND EARNS THEM EXTRA MONEY IN LONG RUN.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE MY 5000 DOLLARS TO EITHER BE REFUNDED TO ME OR TO ACTUALLY BE TAKEN OFF THE RETAIL PRICE OF THE CAR WHICH WAS 17998. I HAVE ALREADY TAKEN ACTIONS AND FILED A CLAIM WITH MY BANK TO RETRIEVE THIS MONEY BACK.

I had a really bad experience with this business, I spoke with Sue McCann one of the representatives from there regarding a Lexus is 250 they had advertise on the internet. after we spoke she told me the car was available, after telling her that I live 4 hours away from the location she assured me that the car was still available and scheduled a test drive. when I arrived at the place and ask for Sue they said she wasn't there, so one of the guys there took me to see the car. first they were unable to find the car, after ten minutes one of the manager told me a strange story about how the car wast,n there and that it would take few weeks to get it there. then they said the car was there but it was going under some body work. after driving for 4 hours I ended up with a big disappointment, when I ask for the manager they did not called him. I would not recommend this business not even to my worst enemy. totally bad people.

Review: I was search the internet for a use vehicle to purchase. I came across [redacted]. On their website I found a vehicle that I wanted to purchase. The vehicle in question is 2011 Audi Q5 4dr 2.0 T Premium Plus. The mileage is 113116 color black exterior and maroon interior. The stock# is [redacted] for this vehicle, the internet special price is listed for $14,890.00. The retail price for the vehicle is listed $17,997.00 and it further relates that would be a savings of $3,017.00. I called the dealership expressing interest in purchasing the vehicle for internet sale of $14,980 in cash. I was told by sales rep [redacted] that could pay the $14,980 plus $2,000 down for financing for a total of $17,980 which is more than their listed retail price. I told the [redacted] that I don't need financing, that was buying the car in cash. She said that I would having to pay financing charge of $2,000 even if I don't finance the vehicle with them. I related that although in fine print states that all price are base on $2,000 down for financing. I related that I don't need financing and that the vehicle should be sold to me at the advertise price. [redacted] then transferred the called to [redacted] in which I explained the discrepancy. He repeated exactly what [redacted] told me about the $2,000 down for financing. I told him that you are listing the vehicle for $14,980 as internet sale with retail value of $17, 997 and further related that it's a steal cause you will potentially save $3,017.00. But I related that I don't need financing and should not pay the $2.000 down for financing which I do not need. Nowhere on the website does it states that the internet special would not be honor if you buy in cash and/or if you don't finance with them. I related that there is no savings of $3.017.00 and that in fact, you would be paying more than the retail price suggested on the website. The [redacted] was firm and condescending and stated that people would save more by financing with them that's why they structure in that manner which I disagreed!!! The [redacted] seem upset of query and related that he could not help me.. I believe the vehicle should be sold to me as advertise price. I believe that the dealership is engaging deceptive tactics to lure suspecting customers excited with the pricing thinking they are getting a bargain but essence tricking them to come in for the sale which will not get.Desired Settlement: The dealership is clearly using deceptive practices to getting the people hook and sink adding cost to the vehicle they thought was a good deal but good deal is on the side of the dealership. They should be punished for false advertisement and force to sell the vehicle as advertised. They wanted me to travel front New Jersey to complete the deal but luckily I took notice of the tactics . They have been contacting me by phone and emails to purchase a vehicle from them. I think it's not fare, the vehicle should be sold to me as listed on the their website without financing. And also change their advertisement on there website so that people don't get tricked into buy a car that is more than what they saying they will sell it for.

Review: The dealer made me finance a 2012 Ford Explorer while I still had a 2012 Dodge Charger that he told me I couldn't trade in because he said he will give me less for the vehicle so he said after you get the ford volunteers surrender the charger an the bank will take it off your hands without and problem now I have a payment that is $584 that I can't afford and now the bank is telling me I owe them money for the car and when I tried to give back the ford they don't want to take it back and I don't want to be in the same position like the car. I really need your help on what to do.Desired Settlement: I need them to take back the Ford Explorer even if it cost losing my down payments

Review: I purchased a vehicle on oct ** 2014 sticker price was 15980 plus a 2000 down totaling 17980. I traded in my vehicle which the gave me 9k for it bringing the balance down to 8980. I paid sales which I understand I have to pay. Dealer didnt tell me though not even on the contract that I had to pay 995 prep fee admin fee of 449 doc fee 695 and a bank fee of 3463.30. I had to end up paying close to 5600 just on these fees that I had no idea about. Dealer never gave me my contract the day I picked up the car for myself to review it once more. I go in twice to have a talk with them they don't sit down with me and explain what's going on. Always rushing me out saying there busy. Including my vehicle trade in I ended up paying 31k for a 17k car. They never try and listen to me I also try getting in contact with them always put me on hold and reply back managers are not in today. On top of that I have went an additional 25 days without my registration and plates that they told me I will get in 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle. Where I want to get at is getting that 5600 additional fees removed from my loan. Called up the bank as well to verify the don't charge a fee to Finance the consumer so dealer is doing fraud.Desired Settlement: I would like to get all the additional fees of 5600 that no one explained to me to get refunded back on my auto loan. Bank is willing for the dealer to unwind the deal and rewrite it.

Review: I was at this dealership 4 days from a Saturday to Wednesday they made me sign all paperwork informing me I was getting my car I bought insurance policy and the day I was suppose to walk out with my new vehicle they said I couldn't get it and that the bank didn't approve the car. The staff are unprofessional and liars and just say anything to certain people I feel I was discriminated bc of my gender. It was a great loss to me to go through the entire procedure and get let down when they was suppose to find out all the negative loop holes before telling customers like myself false informationDesired Settlement: A letter with a full explaination and apology from [redacted]

Sincerely,

Review: I purchased a 2011 BMW 550i from Queens auto mall this past August and it took them a week to get me the car because they said it had some sensor issues. I finally got the car and shortly there after my check oil light came on. Took it back and they topped me off with oil saying these cars consumer lots of oil. I took they word for it and trusted it was just a small issue of the car needing oil. About a week later it came on again and I drove it back. This time they changed the oil and said it should be fixed. Less then a week later the oil light comes back on. Now I'm concerned at this point. Took it back and they told me take the car to an extended warranty mechanic. He said the BMW 550i from 2010 to 2015 have a recall on them for an oil engine issue and to take it to BMW service center. I called BMW and explained the issues and they scheduled me to bring the car in. I did so and they decided to keep the car and work on the repairs. I got the car back three days later and it seemed to be fine for about a week then the oil light came back on and shortly after the coolant sensor came on as well. So now theirs two major issues going on. I called BMW to let them know and a manager informed me that they never worked on the actual oil issue that I originally brought the car in for. They said it was under a "customer care package" that did not include Oil but another issue that the car could potentially have. They said I was missed informed and that it would actually be an expense of $6000. I've been going back and forth with them and contacted my warranty company and after putting them in touch with BMW they are only covering certain repairs that doesn't include the original problem of the oil and coolant issues. So basically after BMW performed a diagnostic on the vehicle they found several more issues with the front drive axel cv boot

and front rod bushing which I had no idea the car had. So the dealership sold me this car knowing it had several serious issues with the engine and the warranty company doesn't want to pay for the coolant and oil repairs. If the car doesn't get repaired it's only going to become worse and do more damage to the engine. I am extremely upset and the dealership is brushing me off and being very unprofessional. I would really appreciate you all help.Desired Settlement: I would like to either have my car fully repaired with no out of pocket expense or replaced with a new vehicle. I have a loan on the car through a bank so I'm paying a big car payment every month and I'm applaud at my circumstances with this car thus far. Thanks in advance for anything you guys can do to help.

Review: I purchased a 2010 Nissan Altima from this business and I thought everything was fine until a week later when the service light came up on the odometer. Then the gas tank was spitting out gas every time I fill it. The car can never hold a full tank of gas. I brought the car back several times for this issue and the customer service rep [redacted] kept dodging the issue. When I finally got them to look at the car, I was told there was a problem with the gas tank. I also realized the dealership did not register the car because the car cannot pass inspection. The temporary registration sticker they gave me was expiring and when I told them this, they told me the car needed a "VIN CHECK, THAT'S WHY IT HASN'T BEEN REGISTERED". That was a lie. Instead of fixing the problem, they gave me another temporary registration sticker. I even left the car at the dealership for 3 days to have the problem fix after putting pressure on them and they patched up the problem but 1 day later the light came back on and the tank was still spitting gas. Up to this day my car hasn't been registered and they have not fixed what ever is really wrong with the car.Desired Settlement: I WANT THEM TO FIX THE CAR OR GIVE ME ANOTHER ONE. THEY SOLD A CAR THAT CAN'T EVEN PASS INSPECTION AND I'M BEING HARASSED BY MY INSURANCE COMPANY ABOUT TAKING OUT A POLICY FOR A CAR THAT ISN'T EVEN REGISTERED.

Review: I came to Queens Auto Auction to purchase a reliable vehicle and this dealership sold an unsafe SUV to me and refused to properly fix the vehicle, give records of the repairs or refund my money. They were dishonest on multiple occasions, and did not provide any business cards, last names, or even a remotely legible signature on my backdated contract of which I am still unclear if that is legal. I purchased the SUV on 7/**/14 and from that day to the commencement of this complaint on 7/**/14, I only took the vehicle home for one day on which it overheated. Currently I still do not have possession of the SUV.

On the occasion that I came into the dealership by myself and was complaining to [redacted] (whom I was told was the [redacted]) because he would not give me any records of what repairs were performed on my vehicle, [redacted] proceeded to tell me that it was out of his hands and he would ask the repair shop if I could get the records. He told me that [redacted] (who I was told is the [redacted] of the repair shop) told him he does not provide work orders for repair work that was not paid for. [redacted] then had his employee escort me to a back room where he attempted intimidation tactics by telling me I was acting ghetto and if I did not calm down I could make matters better or worse for myself.

There was a multiplicity of disturbing events that occurred with this dealership. [redacted] (who I was told was the [redacted]) made it clear to me that because they already were paid by Capital One for the loan they would not cancel the contract and I will not get my money back.

This dealership is refusing to give work orders for all of the work that was done on my vehicle.

They also let me view on the computer what their dealer fees where, but did not include a break down of those fees in the contract I was given

I am unaware of who actually signed the contract because it is a starlike signature . No one in the dealership discloses first and last name, even on the contracts.

I was not given the full set of paperwork in regards to my contract from this dealsership so I had to contact the bank for them to mail it to me.Desired Settlement: I would like to void the contract because I was sold a vehicle under fraudulent terms and belive it is not safe.

Response:

At this time, I have been contacted directly by New York Auto Auction of Queens Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

They stated they fixed the vehicle and was threatened with storage fees beginning 8/** If did not pick up the vehicle. I picked up the vehicle on 8/** and took it to a Honda dealership to be inspected on 8/** because the vtm-4 light, VSA light, and Engine light came on. Hondas inspection states the vehicle has a defective catalytic converter, tape holding together a leaking hose, a cracked windshield wiper fluid container, 2 rear tires are choppy and worn and the left rear tire has a slow leak.

Queens Auto Mall is still refusing to cancel my contract, refund my deposit and return my trade in.

This is not only distressing but it is illegal. This vehicle absolutely could not have passed a state inspection with these issues.
