-14 May contacted contractor in reference to job status and was told NLT 21 May.
-21 May contacted contractor in reference to job status and was told he could not complete the job because he had over extended himself. I advised contractor to refund my payment.
-22 May contacted contractor in reference to refund status.
-23 May contractor responded and I was told the job could be completed NLT 28 May. I replied if he was certain to proceed in not to refund my payment.
-26 May refund received.
-27 May contacted by contractor in reference to job and was told the job could be completed by 31 May.
-28 May I declined contractor's offer and proceeded to hire a new contractor.
