Review: On April **, 2013 **from the Queens Garage Door Co. installed a new garage door and garage door opener. He left me one remote when he was supposed to give me two! That was just the beginning of my problems! In the begining of December my garage door would not close or open with the opener I called the phone number given to me by **###-###-#### several times. Each time I got the message saying the mail box was full and try again. I finally spoke to **and he said he did not remember the installation.I have a paid receipt. He said he was very busy and would come the end of the week. He never came. I tried calling *'s number several times and the Companys 800-number only to get the same message at both numbers that the mail box was full and I should call again. I have tried to call constantlcey for the last couple of weeks getting the same message. Once I did get a message to leave a message asking [redacted]to call me back but he never did. I left a second message a day later to call me but again no response. I have sold my house and will be going to closing at the end of January. One of the things the buyers liked was the new garage door, I can not afford to pay nor should I have to to pay someone else to repair a door that was installed in April and should be repaired by the company who installed it so that I can go to closeng on my house. Please help me to rectify this problem. Review: On 2/**/12 (paid $200.00) and 5/**/12(paid $225.00) Dr. Services Garage Doors was called to repair my garage door. On both occasions they repaired the torsion springs on my garage doors. On 10/**/14 one spring broke and I called Dr. Services Garage Door ask them to come and repair the door. They responded they did not have the parts and it would take 10-14 days to get them. On 10/**/14 my husband called and requested if possible they come sooner. A repairman arrived that day saying he borrowed a part from his friend and needed to be paid before the job was completed. I explained these parts should last more than 2+years because the original springs lasted well over 10 years. With that, he left and said he would be back in 10 minutes when my husband was expected home. Since then he will not return nor will he answer our calls. I have hired another company who replaced both springs (which they felt were not the right size and poor quality) for half the price. ($233.54)Desired Settlement: I feel since the service was made using the improper parts and poor quality, I feel I should get a partial reimbursement. We did get 2 yrs out of the parts but I was charged twice as much as I should've and the quality was unacceptable.
