1/25/19 car towed to Quic Transmissions. 1/29, notified it was was a transmission, within their warranty. Dan F owner, said he hoped to "have you on the road by 2/8" On 2/7 he said the part had just come in and it would take him 4-5 business days to install. 2/13 Dan said he was short handed. Person who had been working on it had not been in to work that week. "maybe he would get someone else to install". The transmission was repaired but it needed to be installed and that would take 1 - 1/2 days. On 2/15 I called again and he said he was short handed . I said that he'd had my car 3 weeks, and his being short handed wasn't my problem. He said he knew it was his problem and he "didn't need a lecture from you". He then said, "I'll tell you what I'll do..." then I was disconnected.
Called Dan on 2/20 and got the same answer about being shorthanded, but he hoped to have the car to me that afternoon. Today is 2/26, and no calls from Dan F, and I still don't have my car
