Review: I had them replace my daughters front passangers window. WHen I paid I paid 100 in cash and 96 on my debt card the guy didnt have receipts I asked him why he didnt have them and he said because they were changing over to the ipad. I had him sign a peice of paper stating how much cash I gave him and how much he was supposed to put on the credit card. A few days later they were charging my card the full 196 I called them and told them that I had paid 100 cash then refunded me my money after a few days.Today my daughters window is off track and not working I called again and spoke with I beleive he said his name was [redacted] he told me (without even looking at the vehicle) that it was the motor or the receptor he said that sometimes glass gets stuck in there and damages it . I told him I beleived that it was off track he asked if I knew for sure so I told him no because I did not take it aprt but by the looks of it you can tell it was off track. I asked him if he was going to stand behind his work or would I have to call another compnay up to replace it and sue him for the charges. He told me not to threaten him I told him it was not a threat that either he send someone out to fix it or I would hire someone else to at his expense if it was due to his negligence and then he hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I feel that if I have to pay someone to come out and fix it he should reimburse me if it was due to thier negligence and he wanted no part in helping me to begin with .
