To whom it may concern,
Point 1- The prices of *** *** vehicle was listed on our websiteThe price was also told to *** *** before she agreed to purchase the vehicle, and she agreed to the priceThere was no 'Bait and Switch'
Point 2- The vehicle was ready for delivery, and
there were a couple of items that were written on a we-owe and given to her
Point 3- *** ***'s was contacted by *** our *** *** to bring her vehicle in several times, to no avail
Point It is our opinion that they do not have a lemon law claim, the vehicle did not come in for the same thing, it is true that there have been a few different things happen to their vehicle but we stand behind our vehicles and are willing to repair it
point 4- We would also be willing to take their vehicle in on trade, and put them into another vehicle if that would work for them

The moon roof still makes a loud drafty sound which is louder when closed than it is when tilted openIt leaked water and the car reeks of mold(promised to be fixed but never was)
The tinted window was never tinted(Driver's side rear) (promised to be fixed but never was)
At least two screws are missing from the valve cover after I got the car back the last time it was in your shop(Fixed twice)
The oil leaking all over my driveway(fixed four times)
The transmission makes noise in first, second and third gears during acceleration,
The car moves left and right when traveling MPH or better, it does not drive straight
There is now some gooey tar stuff that seems to have gotten on the moon roof from something inside the car roof
Pressure testing the radiator (Your mechanic ***, said it is leaking)(smelling since I bought the car never diagnosed until *** noticed it)
The hesitation when accelerating from a stopped position(since getting it back after the last repair when the car died completely)
The blower motor makes noise on low (fixed once)

disassembled the motor to diagnose the problemAccording to their technician
the vehicle was not over revved and the black box on the vehicle had recorded

only did Long Island Auto Find sell me a voided warrantee to begin withIt can
also be considered Fraud in a court of law
No window sticker was given included with the purchase of
this vehicle stating the year, make, model, and mileage and if any aftermarket
options on said vehicle (example, aftermarket wheels, flowmaster exhaust, and
gauges)As stated in my purchase agreement I was to receive, said window
sticker and Long Island Auto Find did not produce one for me
As the purchaser of this vehicle I was under the impression
that said vehicle Subaru Impreza Wrx STI was sold to (*** ***) as
a completely stock vehicle with no added options (aftermarket parts)
I was under the impression that the extended warranty would
cover everything on the vehicle including the motor and was the sole reason for
my purchase of the extended warranty
So what I am asking for is that the, company not only give
me the full reimbursement of my warrantee but, also the cost of replacing the
motor and turbo in the vehicle*** *** *** *** is writing up the
estimated cost of a full Stock motor replacement and can also provide all of
the documentation supporting my claimLong Island Auto Find needs to be held
responsible for the sale of the and voided warrantee I purchased through
them and need to make this situation right!! Their claim that the vehicle was
mistreated in any way is 100% completely false

The staff at Long Island Auto Find have been nothing but rude and unaccomodatingI have spoken to the manager (Jim M***) after he threatened to take legal action against me for writing in my review that they (Long Island Auto Find) have a number of cars on their lot which have open recall notices on them (including the car which I purchased from them)Upon speaking with Jim, he told me he can do "whatever he wants" and doesn't have to "answer to me", that if he wanted to take legal action against me he can do so and I would just have to deal with itHe has refused to call me back after this transpired and refused to sit down with me to try and come to a resolution for the issues I have been experiencing with the carI have the links of all the vehicles on their lot which have open recalls on them, recorded the phone call I had with Jim, and have the recall notice for the vehicle they sold me (even though they adamantly denied that there was a recall on it)

The customer was contacted multiple times by our employee Agnes and kept thoroughly informed throughout the process. The refund was processed in an orderly manner and the customer was informed that she would need to wait for her card to be refunded. We are unsure of how this became an issue as the...

customer was in constant contact with our employees. The refund has since been returned to the customer.

 I returned the vehicle to you in May. You finally sent me my plates and registration after 2 months. If it wasn't for this complaint nothing would have been done. I've called and texted you several times to Please release my plates to me or return them to [redacted] so it can be canceled. Instead you didn't return my calls. This 2008 Mercedes Benz is still listed as my property when it's Not. You've been holding on to my plates and registration all this time for nothing. Car taxes are accumulating here in [redacted]. I shouldn't be held responsible paying car taxes on this vehicle because of your error, because of the lack of interest you have in helping your customers finish the transaction. I want to be reimbursed since the time you've been holding on to my plates til the day u returned them, which is: May2015 to July2015

Enclosed please find my Lemon Law Compliant and the ad [redacted] put in Auto Trader for my car.  As you can see the ad states $14,977.00 and as with the previous ad in [redacted] there is no statement of a deposit or trade in.  Also both ads claim that my car has a leather interior which it does not have.

Upon investigating the vehicle for our customer we determined the damage was caused due to excessive high rpm operation. A portion of the engine's rotating assembly ejected through the side of the engine due to the customer's negligence. This is unfortunately not covered under our company's warranty. Our previous response to the customer contained proof of the engine's misuse in the form of photographs.
