Dear ***, Mr [redacted] came to our company to require a loan to pay off his account with another Car Title Loan company, because our rate is better We clearly explained to Mr [redacted] about the cost, the interest rate, and the payment plan during the loan process, and then Mr [redacted] accepted it and took the loan on 9/2/ Unfortunately, Mr [redacted] couldn't keep his payments on schedule and he has been paying either late or short several times, so that his account is still behind and the balance still remains around $2, On the other hand, our company has been offering financial services for over years to people who have financial needs We also provide multiple alternatives to our existing customers who have difficulties on their current payment plan We would love to meet with Mr [redacted] again at our office to discuss his account and see how we can help him to solve the problem and get his account paid off as soon as possible Best, [redacted] Operations V.P

On 12/17/2014, we gave a loan to Ms*** and also paid off her account with Mercedes-Benz. On 1/16/2015, Ms*** gave us a check as her first payment,
but that check returned on 1/26/due to the reason of non-sufficient funds.
We called and sent Ms*** a letter to remind her for her past due payment, and also to request her for the title, since we got notified from Mercedes-Benz dealer that Ms*** has the possession of the title
Ms*** wasn't able to make a payment or turn in the title before the due date, so we have no choice but sending her account to collections.
Best,

On 12/17/I received an loan with this company. My first payment was due on 01/17/which landed on a Saturday, so I made my payment on 01/16/(Friday) @ 4:30pm which legally was not due until that following Monday the next business day. The check I give them to hold until Monday processing they put it through same day. upon my noticing of the return I immediately got a cashier check for the monies owed $on 01/30/my next payment was not due until 02/17/2015. On 02/08/my car was reposed for non -payment they told the repossession company which was falsethen I spoke to *** *** he said my car was reposed for $dollar late fee. When I consulted an Attorney to contact them they story changed to I did not turn over the pick slip that was sent to my PO Box. At the time they were requesting the pick slip I did not have in my possession from the previous lender due to the fact it was sent to my PO Box that does not have my company name on it and the post office had not delivered it into my box.. I do have an letter from the post office supervisor stating to this fact. This company lacks in communication and fair business dealing. I would like for this compliant to stay on there record for the public to know what type of company this is. They should not be in business RIPPING people off.

[First of all, I did not go to Quick Cash Funding for a better rate. Their rates are terrible. I stated before that I have been late on my payments. Therefore I would understand if I had to pay late fees. I requested about a year ago for Quick Cash Funding to change my due date, because I get most of my money at the end of the month. The due date now is on the 2nd of every month. I told them if they don't change the date, it would cause a problem for me to pay on time. They ignored my request. The original loan amount was for 3,000. I have paid on this loan for 3 years. When I spoke to [redacted] she told me I have more than 2,000 left to pay on it. That's ridiculous. She told me it would take at least 2 more years to pay it off. Quick Cash Funding preys on desperate people. They did not explain the specifics of the loan to me until recently when I thought I was almost done paying it off. They told me it was a 3 year loan. I refuse to continue paying these thieves. If the Revdex.com can't help me resolve this now, I will seek legal representation.]

Dear [redacted],

Mr. [redacted] came to our company to require a loan to pay off his account with another Car Title Loan company, because our rate is better.     We clearly explained to Mr. [redacted] about the cost, the interest rate, and the payment plan during the loan process, and then Mr. [redacted] accepted it and took the loan on 9/2/2011.

Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] couldn't keep his payments on schedule and he has been paying either late or short several times, so that his account is still behind and the balance still remains around $2,000.

On the other hand, our company has been offering financial services for over 10 years to people who have financial needs.    We also provide multiple alternatives to our existing customers who have difficulties on their current payment plan.       We would love to meet with Mr. [redacted] again at our office to discuss his account and see how we can help him to solve the problem and get his account paid off as soon as possible.

Review: I Borrowed funds from this company for a title loan in the amount of $4000 on my car in December 2014, I made my first payment on January 16, 2015 which was an advance payment due to the fact my payment landed on a Saturday 02/17/2015. that payment was returned by my bank [redacted]. immediately upon discovering my check returned I rushed to get certified funds and was confirmed by the company (received). They were asking for a $15 [redacted] fee and I informed there office (San Diego) I would make it on my next payment. On 02/08/2015 I got a knock on my door from a repossession company ([redacted]) saying they were sent by Quick Cash Funding LLC. to repossess my car for non-payment of car payment which at that time I was current on my car note. When I advise council ([redacted]) " Asset recovery person" from Quick Cash funding LLC. inform my council they repossessed the vehicle because I did not turn over a lost pink slip from the previous lien holder / which I did not have in my possession until later. once the car was reposed they demand full payoff which caused a financial hardship. This business practices are very unethical and lacks in character and customer service.Desired Settlement: Requesting all incurred repossession fees and Undue hardship, Loss of income and Mental anguish compensation.

Review: This is a shady loan company that feeds off of desperate people. I have a car title loan with them and was told that it would be a 3 year loan. The loan was for only 3,000 dollars. In the 3 years I've been with them, I probably have given them about 15,000. I know that's part of these types of loans. My issue with them is, I've paid for 3 years and they are telling me that I still have 2,000 left on the principle, late fees, and interest. So basically I have barely made a dent in the original 3,000 loan. She told me that I'd probably need to pay for another few years. I understand that I've been late on my payments, but I should only owe them late fees, not 2,000 in principle and still building interest. These people should not be in business. They are taking advantage of people and I'm pretty sure they are doing illegal practices. It's been a tough 3 years for me and I thought I would be able to get rid of this nightmare. I would like some help on how to resolve this.Desired Settlement: I want to end this deal with these people. I think that I should only have to pay the late fees for when I was late. There should not be any principle left.
