I am writing this letter concerning a complaint for Quick Coin One Laundry,
the ID # ***This customer name is *** ***, she dropped off laundry for wash and for service on August **, and on August **, a gentlemen came in our store and gave us her phone number and name said he was picking up laundryWe asked him her information to make sure and he gave all the correct answer so we gave him the laundryA few days after she called and asked for a delivery and we told her a gentleman picked it up; she told us that she doesn’t have any male friendsWe explained to her if they didn’t know her; how did he have all of her personal information? It had to be someone that knew her to know all the informationWe tried to fix the situation by reimbursing her with $for her lost, which we don’t know if it’s true or notOur store policy is “ The Company’s liability with respect to any lost or damage article shall not e xceed times our charge for processing it.” Our Laundromat has been open for years and this never happened

Review: I have been using the aforementioned laundromat for approximately 15 years. In that time I have only used their drop-off and delivery service, never gone to pick up my laundry in person. Two weeks ago, when I called to get my laundry delivered, they informed me that someone picked it up already. They said "your [redacted] friend gave us your number and picked it up." I told them that was impossible. I am a [redacted] female, have never had anyone pick up my laundry. They did not believe me. They said they would call me back in a few days, and maybe the person would return it. They have not. I called them again today, and frankly no one wants to help. It is their own delivery people who are all [redacted]. I have never nor would never have someone else pick-up my laundry. They claim a manager will call me, but I don't believe them, as they clearly don't believe me that I didn't authorize someone picking up my laundry. I'm really upset about this. Essentially they either lost my laundry or allowed someone to steal my laundry and won't own up to their mistake.Desired Settlement: Pay the replacement value of my laundry lost. $200.00

Our store policy is “ The Company’s liability with respect to any lost or damage article shall not e xceed 10 times our charge for processing it.” Our Laundromat has been open for 15 years and this never happened.
