did not conduct their due diligence correctly. Our techs were out there numerous times for you leaking pump which we did not touch at all. Our techs explained this to Mr. [redacted] while they were out there and we did not charge him to come out. Your pump failure has nothing to do with our installation of the oil tank. Our technicians started the heater before they left to make sure it was working. The township inspector gave Quick Environmental approval inspection stickers for both the installation and removal of the oil tank . Our oil tank installation job would have failed inspection If we did the job incorrectly.

Review: Company was contracted to remove underground oil tank and replace with oil tank in basement. Company bore two (2) access holes through the basement wall to connect to oil tank. Subsequently, water has been entering the basement through the access holes during heavy rains. Company has attempted to repair the issue three times with no success. Company will not pay for a third party to repair the leaks and has since abandoned any responsibility.Desired Settlement: Satisfactory repair of access holes to prevent any further ingress of water.

Quick Environmental made many attempts to help the client with numerous site visits. We were surprised to hear back from a client after almost a year. Did it not rain for a year? Why come back so late? He is trying to run a scam so we have to pay for his basement wall. We have never had this problem occur in 10 years in business. We sent a field technician to run a test to prove that it was not coming from our work and it proved successful. He had water going directly on the pipes and nothing came in. We told him the water was coming from another entry point. How does it cost $850 to put some cement around a 2 inch pipe? It doesn't make sense.. We have done over 10,000 jobs and never had this type of problem.

As part of a legal resolution, I have agreed to remove my complaint, #[redacted], against Quick Environmental.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Regards,

Review: I had contract with Quick Environmental for removing the existing underground oil tank and then installing a new above ground oil tank including permits filing, connecting with existing heating system and complete job.

The technicians did not install a completely new oil line from the tank to the heating system instead they connected the new line half way to the old existing line to the heating system. In fact the line they connected to was not connected to the heater. They never tried to start the heating system after completing the job. Also the joint where they connected the old line with new was leaking for which I had to call them a couple of times and they fixed it. All these was done in June/July.

Now when I wanted to start the heat last month, it would not start, so I called [redacted] company from where I buy oil and asked them to check why the heat is not working. The tech found out the issue after trouble shooting, he also called Quick Environmental about the incorrect connection of the oil line that was done by Quick Env. He also explained in detail to them that because of this the motor burned while he was trying to find out the issue why the heat was not working. I had to pay him $ 503 due to the incorrect work done by Quick Environmental. After I called Quick Env to look at this issue and see if they can reimburse me the expense but they outright denied to accept that the work done was incorrect. They would not even accept my request to come and look how the work was done. I have pictures and movies and the technician from [redacted] can also validate my claim. Please help me out to get the reimbursement for the cost that I had to pay because of the negligent work done by Quick Environmental.Desired Settlement: Help me get the refund of $ 503 from the thousands of dollars I paid to Quick Environmental.
