Hi,customer came and fix the phone and get the screen protector..we install it customer check the phone everything was working she paid the money and left..she came back after to days and said her screen protector fell down and it was not working correctly..I said when I install the protector
you check everything before left the store and everything was working...as we do t have any warranty on the screen protector but I will replace it free for you this time next time if you have any issue we have to charge...as she mentioned she was having sensitivety issue , I make sure check everything is working before she leaveshe check everything everything was finephone was working fine screen was fine... she left and and came back after days and start complaining That she has yellow spot on the screen and while I was installing screen protector I press hard that's why it happen..I explained her if it was happen because of my screen install why didn't you see that same day and you check everything on your phone before you leave as I told you I will charge you next time so check everything before you leave..so everything was working and everything was right that day how it get impact on your phone after days..she get mad and just want to get free replacement..I told her we do t take responsibility if you damage the phone or crack it after leavkng the store...all that time I was so calm and nice she was the one who was yelling and screaming... regarding business card, we always have business card on our main counter so there is no way she asked for business card and we refused it..as they are always on the counter and everybody can take it

I took my cell phone in to the company for a screen repair on March 16, 2016. I was informed that my phone would be ready for pickup by 2pm that day. I went back at 2pm and I was informed that the screen was defective and he needed it another day. I told him that I was going out of town and needed my phone the same day and the only reason I left it was because he said it would be ready. I asked for my phone back because I could still make calls even with the cracked screen. He informed me that he could not give it to me because he lost my screen. So I had to leave town with no phone at all. He told me he would call me and have it mailed off to me by Friday. But would give me a call with information.
I have called a number of times and he has no answers for me. I sent my son up to the business on Friday to pick up my phone and it still was not ready. Today is Monday and the business has still not called me at all! This is a horrible business!!!Product_Or_Service: Screen repairDesired SettlementI think my phone should be repaired and sent to me asap and I need a full refund.
