I am rejecting this response because:Their response is just like what they have done to me from the beginning, [redacted] !Why would I bring my Rv back to them ! When they sold me a DAMAGED Rv in the first place !I do not TRUST these people They have shown their true colors ! As I said before , pictures are worth a thousand words ! YOU PUT MY LIFE IN JEOPARDY ! You got rid of a damaged Rv, they are done ! They knew it !! FULL INSPECTION OF RV BEFORE IT LEAVE `S THEIR SITE !!!What I have been through is disgusting ! My Rv is SAFE NOW ! AFTER MANY MONTHS WITHOUT IT DO TO THEIR INCOMPETENCE!!!!! [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The check list was not given to me and was not used at the time the technician [redacted] went over the motorhome at time of delivery The check list was given to me by the salesman the week prior who promised everything on the list would be checked and corrected prior to delivery The horizontal leveling system was not checked at time of delivery, nor was the transmission temp gauge, CO(outdated) and smoke detector (missing), leaking gray tank drain valve, jamming carpet on bed pedestal, numerous lights not working and broken cabinet latchesI asked [redacted] about the patio awning, he said it was goodIt was not good, the awning was torn and the motor would no retractI asked [redacted] about the gray and black tank gauges, he said they were not reading correctly because the tank insides were wet These gauges are still not workingI signed the "as is" page because of the American River RV promise that everything on the check list would be checked and corrected if needed, and because if I was told something was good, I was not being mislead

Customer also signed an as is agreement after walk through givenAs is Clearly states the coach is sold as isI have attached a copy with his signatureAlso sending Another copy of the due bill which has no promises made

Customer was given full walk through at delivery and gone over all the appliances and systemsAfter the walk through the customer accepted the RV and we had him sign an as is and due billAs you can see on the due bill no promises or repaired were mentionedJerry agreed to repair the initial issues customer had rite after he picked it up and we stand behind thatCustomer was offered an extended warranty which would cover any issues that occurredCustomer declinedCustomer has also mentioned he would call his credit card company and dispute the $deposit he gave us if we did not repair his issuesWe have a signed receipt that he made that chargeI believe that is not a good tacticWe did not fraudulently charge his card We still stand behind our promises we made on the original itemsAlso customer is required to bring the rv here to our dealership and leave it until those items are repairedWe cannot fix it in one day

The issue has been resolved with the customerWe have taken care of his service issues

The customer was offered a warranty but declined due to the costThey also signed an as is agreement after declining the warranty and were fully aware there is no warrantyThey also signed on the contract that they are not purchasing a warrantyWe have copies of both the as is agreement and
contractThe customer has copies as wellRegarding the complains our service manager and lead technician have been in constant contact with themThe customer was given a full walk thru at delivery and shown everything was workingAfter the walk thru they signed a due bill which states no promises or repairs to be madeCustomer has copy of that as wellWe offered to help customer with repairs by telling them we will do repairs at our costCustomer refusedWe are still willing to do the repairs at our cost

Hello, my name is *** and I'm asking to reopen the caseFirst complaint I filed explaining to you that when we took the RV to the dealer twice, they told us they will look into the problems and fix themBoth times they had the RV, they never checked the generator or the ACThe third time we decided to call them and see if they can look at the problems and that's when their story changed, saying it was our fault and that we'll have to pay out of pocket for the generator and ACTheir story changed after they got the full payment for the RVCan you please look into it and if so provide us with more information regarding the case and what we can do next. Thank You!!!!

Thank you for contacting meRegading Mrs ***She bought the rv exactly a year agoThe issues she's having should have been brought to our attention right awayAlso about the paint workThese new rvs are built with colored infused fiberglassWe can't just patch them and paint over it
So we did not re paint the rv nor did it have damage on it when it leftAll other issues are covered under manufactures warranty

1/22/2018Revdex.com spoke with the consumer today over the phone regarding status of the disputeConsumer stated the company came out and did additional work on the back gutterShe noted there has not been substantial rain since the additional gutter work to know if the flow issues have been addressed or notThe consumer stated we could mark the dispute resolved as this time.

I am hanging a new gutter this coming Tuesday. It will be completed this Tuesday I set the appointment with *** ***. Please call her to confirm. Please follow up with me to let me know all is good.Thank You*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: The reply from American River RV does not address ALL my concerns & interest. The time frame of almost seven (7) weeks to accomplish said items in need of repair or attention is uncalled for. Reference items/areas to be repaired or attention & seven (7) weeks do not add up!!!! No reply from the CEO to my letter dated April 22, 2016. All these items identified in need of repair & attention should have been accomplished prior to releasing the RV unit to said buyer. Refer to everything identified on the initial complaint

The floor mats or spare tire were not part of the RV They were not part of the RV when customer saw the RV and purchased itCustomer took possession and both items were not promisedWe did promise to order them a new table which is currently on order from the manufacturer As soon as
we get it from them we will contact the customer

Upon her request I cut shingles back & have repaired the guttersWould like to meet with herShe still holds over a thousand dollars

Just received a phone call from *** the service manager for American
River RV in Sacramento. He said they will be sending me a check for $but on condition I remove negative review from *** and their *** page. I deleted but will put back if I don't get the check. Not sure what you will do now that they say they will send me a check

I am rejecting this response because: I signed the "as is" document because I was told everything on the check list would in fact be checked and repairs made where needed before I accepted delivery of the motor home. The check list was not used and not every item on the check list was reviewed when we went through the motor home at time of acceptance. The items on the check list still needing repair and that needed repair when I accepted the motor home are identified on the list provided to American River RV and the Revdex.com. When I asked about of the items at time of acceptance, the patio awning condition and operation, and gray and black tank level gauge operation, I was told by the technician they were good, which they were not. I was mislead on these items, and the rest of the items still needing repair were either missed or ignored by American River RV. Can American River RV provide a copy of the check list used for our motor home?

I've personally been on the phone with *** RV half the day today to get a resolution to the tailight issueWe believe we have it figured out and will be taking it over to dodge to resolve the issueWe haven't refused to fix it we are just working with coachmen to figure out the taillight issueI'm hoping once we take it to dodge this week the issue will be resolvedAll the other issues you have have been resolved and jerry has gone over that with you
