Dear Revdex.com,My name is *** *** and I am the District Manager for Quick N Clean Car Wash I made contact with Mr*** after he made us aware of the alleged incident I stated to Mr*** that I would speak with the Management Staff and the lube techs to see what
transpired on Mr*** visit I immediately spoke with our Lube Area Manager and the Store Manager for that location to see what information they knew about the incident Both the Store Manager and the Assistant Store Manager were the two employees that worked on his car which they both stated they did not no of the alleged incident The Area Lube Manager and myself have called the customer which we have received no response An email was also sent in the response to the email that the customer sent and we have received no response Quick N Clean would like to see what the alleged damages are so we can see what happened as we are a customer serviced based company I attached the letter that we received from the Revdex.com for reference *** ***Quick N Clean

Review: Vehicle damaged while using car wash, entire front grill came off vehicle, Supervisor at the time, stated the couldn't find the grill and would need to check the video tapes; however, he was far to busy to do so today and will review the tapes sometime next week; meanwhile my car is missing its grill. Supervisor was antagonistic, rude and arrogant.Desired Settlement: I want quick 'n clean to repair my vehicle, damage should have not occurred, vehicle has been washed at other competitor establishments with no damage having been done. Their equipment damaged my car and they should pay for the repairs; management staff should be able to handle such disputes in a timely, professional manner.

Review: Car wash resulted in damage to a [redacted] factory item that came at time of vehicle purchase. (We read the disclaimer prior to car wash entry and because it was [redacted] stock, not aftermarket, as clearly outlined, knew it was safe to enter.)

[redacted] tire cover was ripped from vehicle and torn beyond repair during car wash (which has never happened before, in five years of ownership.) We have spent six weeks, multiple phone calls and three in-person visits, attempting to get satisfaction from a wide variety of employees regarding this matter. Responses vary from: "This happens a lot" to "This is the first I have heard of this" to "I'll let the owner know." Most recent contact with District Manager acknowledged company's ability to purchase items at wholesale of approximately $130.00 but refused to commit to doing so.

Please note: Service received at [redacted] location, a part of the [redacted] operations under [redacted]'s auspices. I was unable to select this location on your site for some reason. His business card, however, lists [redacted] as his address and he indicated he is "always traveling" between his locations.Desired Settlement: Replacement in-kind of [redacted] tire cover with exact type.

Review: My new 2011 HHR I got a little over a week ago was damaged in your drive in car wash. I have been in contact with the manager and photos were taken but the matter remains unresolved and I feel like I am being given the "run around" hoping I will forget an drop the case. The regional manager ([redacted]) said he didn't even have the authority to refund my $15 I paid for the wash that left my car still dirty and damaged. I have been calling and going back everyday to address my claim (they took photos) and its progress with no results. I obviously am not getting through to the right person which deals with these type of matters. This issue will have to be taken to court if not resolved soon.Desired Settlement: I would like the damages repaired.
