Review: On 9/**/2014 I took my BF for a follow up appt after surgery to his Dr office on [redacted]. I dropped him off at the office and went in search for parking. I was told there was a garage on [redacted] so that is where I headed. I pulled up to the Quik Park on [redacted]. When I arrived and pulled into the garage there were several cars waiting to be parked. The attendant signaled me to pull my car up which I did. I got out my vehicle, he asked me how long I would be and I told him no more than 2 hours. He gave me my ticket and left to go to the Dr.s office. This was approximately 11:50 a.m.I returned to the garage at approximately 1:00 p.m., paid for my parking and was told my car would be down shortly. The Attendant ([redacted]) called over the intercom for someone to bring my vehicle down. As soon as my car came off the elevator, I saw there was a large dent over the driver side front tire that wasnt there when I parked my car, I immediately told my BF what I saw. Before the car could come to complete stop I also noted scratches on the passenger side rear bumper. I brought all of this the attendants attention and he denied anything happening to the car and said I brought the car in that way at which point I told him that was not true, I know exactly how the car came in and it was NOT in that condition! He then stated that just pulled up and got out the car and didnt wait which didnt make sense because I had to talk to him about how long I expected to be, get the ticket for the car from him and then I asked if there was a shortcut through the buildings to the next block (I was told by security on [redacted] when I was looking for parking that I could park on [redacted] and walk through). At this point I was furious and called my father who is the owner of the vehicle and happens to be a mechanic and body person and maintains all our vehicles, and asked him if he was aware of any damage to the car to which he responded no at which point I made him aware of the dent and scratches. HeDesired Settlement: Im looking for someone to take responsibility for the damages and make restitution for the cost of repairs.
