Review: On 03/01/2016 entered quick quack car wash located on 94 Bicentennial purchased and air freshener by you man at counter returned with change was instructed to precede forward to enter carwash the gentleman instruction was keep my car in neutral so as I was going Thur wash I had my music playing as I entered out on the other side of the car wash their was people wiping down their window and vacuum one guy looked at me so preceding out made a right onto Folsom Blvd and a left on power inn and a right on 14th ave a car pulled in the divided lane to let me know my car covered underneath was dragging pulled over got on my knees to access the damaged called back to the business explained that I just left and that they damage my car I spoke to a lady she asked me to cine back I told her that I didn't believe I could return she said if not today than tomorrow so preceding back spoke to [redacted] gave me customer claim report claim # [redacted] and that they would get back to me I've placed a claim with [redacted] no response from regional manager [redacted] was to call me per Lisa on 03/02 @ 3:19 and again on 03/04 was told in a meeting and that he would call never received a return call my damages estimated over a 1,000.00 which is currently at [redacted] which quick quack is responsible for the damages per adjuster from [redacted] my car had to be towed and was undriveable per her experience [redacted] with [redacted] could are how my car got damage [redacted] Beetle.had made several attempts to have this resolved my next step would be small claims court. Thank yoyvin advanced for your assistant. [redacted].Desired Settlement: Would like to have them take responsible for the damages estimated per my deductible for my insurance with [redacted].

We have investigated this claim and come up with the following conclusions: 1. We can not see any previous damage to the car when entering the tunnel. 2. The car was loaded properly on to the conveyor with no issues. 3. We washed several hundred cars that day with no other issues. 4. The height of the car allows for adequate clearance to go through our wash. 5. The customers was not aware of any issues when they left our location. It was until several miles away that they noticed any issue with the car. We have talked over the phone and and we are still willing to have the customer bring the car in once the damage to the car has been fixed. If our wash touches your undercarriage or rips it off again we will pay for all expenses to the vehicle. If the customers is unwilling to bring the car in, we will have to formally deny the claim for the reasons above.

Review: Went through mud puddles yesterday and when I went to Quick Quack Carwash on Harbor Blvd in West Sacramento they said my car was too dirty and wouldn't let me wash my car. What is a carwash facility doing not washing cars? Also found out others have been denied. Maybe this business is a front for something else. It sure isn't a carwash. Please look into this matter.
