Review: I have been buying gas from this gas station for years using my American Express credit card with no problem. Yesterday, when I swiped my card, a message came on "card swipe is not allow at this time see cashier". The cashier asked me "how much?" I said "40" he said "sign here please" I signed. While I was pumping gas I noticed that the receipt showed $40.50. I went inside asked the cashier why I was being charged $0.50 extra when I had already pay $0.10 for each gallon compare to cash price. He told me "we have signs everywhere" and pointed outside. I when out side to look to find nothing. I when inside to question him again. With a high voice he said "my friend, everywhere you go nowadays, You will be charged". He pointed to the owner "talk to the owner". I talk to the owner. He look at me straight in the eyes and said "I don't have to put up the signs to let you know".Desired Settlement: Get fined, refund to all the customers, and publicly apologize to all the customers.

I went to the car wash and got my car washed, when I got to my destination I had gotten out of my car and noticed a lot of spots and dust still on my car. I then called the establishment and asked nicely to talk to the manager and I was rudely hung up on. After the phone call, I then drove there and went in to talk to whoever was in charge. I asked if I could get the wash redone or my money back and he said no and had an attitude the whole time. Eventually, he agreed to rewash the Windows but the spots are even worse now and they refuse to refund me my money or rewash my vehicle.

Review: 3 reviews Share review Compliment Send message Follow [redacted] F.1.0 star rating7/7/2015We went through the car wash and it broke our light cover off! when we tried to complain to the manager he said I will not be responsible for my machine damaging your truck! you must have old [redacted] truck! how old is it? we said 10 years he said it old and parts are weak! by the way he was yelling the whole time. we told him we had been a customer for 15 years and we would think he was show the courtesy of being a loyal customer, he said I don't need customers like you! also our friend used this car wash and it damaged his paint! the workers are lazy and you end up drying it yourself if you want it done right! so remember he does not need customers! They NEVER finished the car we paid for told us to leave!Desired Settlement: car wash $8 & repair to light cover $90.00
