Quick Turn Enterprises, Inc.

Review: We invested money and entered into a contract with [redacted] of Quick Turn Enterprises, Inc. in September of 2014. He is a contractor, purchases homes and flips them. The home that he purchased on [redacted] street in Sacramento, CA. There are about 3 to 4 total investors that gave [redacted] money with the intent to renovate a home. Our contract stipulates that he would remodel and sell the home by February of 2015 and we would get our investment plus a percentage. Since we did not hear from him we emailed and text him and no response. Sent one final text and he responded saying he was having issues with the City of Sac. and inspection. The house is a "historical" landmark. We did not hear back from [redacted] for 3 weeks after our last text.We clearly know why he avoided us. He did not file our "deed of trust." He never told us we found out by our attorney. He clearly got in debt over his head including other investments that we are not a part of. He sent us an email on March 25, apologizing that he is over his head in debt, he may have to close his business, etc. The money we invest is our retirement money. We trusted [redacted], we are devastated. We may not have a way to re-coop the loss. His dishonesty and lack of ethical business practice has left us in a financial bind. Other potential investors need to know and be aware of [redacted]'s unethical practices.Desired Settlement: We want what was promised to us!
