Complaint: 10814329
I am rejecting this response because: the statements made by the business are untrue, $6,600 was paid to Quickline Motorsports for parts and labor. The parts were damaged by the ignorance of this company in reference to building a safe bike, the bike was taken to another mechanic to check the safety of the bike, the bike was deemed unsafe to ride. The company has been served with legal papers and I am asking for damages to my bike and refund to get my bike fixed by a verified mechanic. This is the 13 complaint this company has on the Revdex.com and all of them say the same thing, this companies owner is a fraud, he is incompetent as a mechanic, and he has a history of lying to his clients. Until $2936 dollars is refunded so my bike can get fixed this complaint will not be resolved.

Review: I purchased a 2005 hayabusa to be customized by Quickline Motorsports in Feb 2013 while I was deployed. Over numerous emails and phone calls, a deal was struck of the work to be accomplished. Monies were made from them to begin work and I requested photos to update the progress. Before returning in May 2013 I contact Quickline Motorsports so the bike would be ready but it wasn't. Over the next couple of months communication became sketchy with the manager and I talked more with the co-workers. I then took a trip to look at the bike, manager knew I was coming, and I was disappointed at the progress that was made on the bike. Work that was paid for to be accomplished on the bike had not been done or was not up to standard (bike was red when bought; outside of fairings were painted but not inside. Items that were bought were nowhere to be found. As of Aug 2013, work is still be done to complete the bikeDesired Settlement: Bike should be completed as agreed upon and in a professional manner. What was intended on being a exciting project is now a stressful situation. Quality of work should be that befitting a professional business. I don't think the business understands the magnitude of the failure on their part to uphold their side of a contract and the mission statement they have on their page.

Response:

We spoke with George Gooden, he told us about the complaint and we understand his frustration and we apologize that it had to get to this point. Since then we have contacted him, and we will continue to contact him every step of the way. We will give him a completion date, so we can complete this project. We will keep the Business Bureau updated as well as George Gooden.

Review: We ordered Nerf bars for our some ATV, paid in full to this company over six months a ago. First they told us they mailed them, then refunded our money, then said they would mail them again after we proved again that we paid in full. We have never received the items nor have we received our money back. All we get is the run around once we actually get someone on the phone without hanging up on us. They have never done anything other than take our money. We would like for this company to return our money. Also this company should not be aloud to be in business if they are not an honest company.Desired Settlement: Refund our money and shut this business down. A lot of complaints for the same issues.

Review: I ordered an Chrome Ball Cut Side Mount Tag Bracket from this company's website. After several days of not receiving a shipping notification I called. I spoke to a guy and was told the item would ship the following morning, which was over 2 weeks ago. Since then not only have I not received the item, I've left several messages on the businesses phone about canceling the order and calling me back, in which neither has happened. At this point all I'm asking for is a refund a for this business to dealt with accordingly so this will not happen to anyone else. Also since then I haven't been able to email this business or get on there website.Desired Settlement: 1966 Chrome Ball Cut Side Mount Tag BracketOrder number: 20131813Order Date: 6/21/2014Subtotal: $102.99Discount: $0.00Shipping: $10.95Sales Tax: $0.00Total: $113

Review: I have waiting almost 8 months for items I have ordered from the company, I have called emailed numerous times. I was sent wrong items, then promised what I was ordered. I have all the records of the phone calls and emails. I have spoken to several different people on several different occasions.I first spoke to a manny, then spoke to a [redacted] who charged my card. never heard from [redacted] again. manny promised me for months and months then apparently he sold the business, to a tommy gunz, then after dealing with him and still no items, he disappeared, then I started dealing with the shop mechanic name onyx, he didnt know what was going on. the last person I spoke to and was promised my items, her name is tiffany. who knows if these are their real names. I have been given every excuse in the book, I have been promised my items for the past several months. I have already paid in full for my items, I do have the receipt that is dated 5-26-14, it lists the items I have purchased and yet still to receive.I call and call and they do not return my calls. May will be a year since I have paid as a trusting customer. please help me get my money back.Desired Settlement: I have the invoice showing the amount I have been charged. I also have copy of my bank statement showing the charge on my credit card. all I want is my money back of 1375.98 and this nightmare to go away. Thank You

Review: On 2/15/13 I ordered a set of chrome forks for my husbands motorcyle. When I placed the order I was told the forks would ship out in 2 or 3 days and they were never shipped. After sending emails and calling and never getting the forks or an answer to why they were never shipped my husband decided that he no longer wanted to wait on Quickline so I callled and asked for a refund. I spoke with the manager I told him I wanted a refund and was told that was fine. I waited 3 days and still no refund I called Quickline back and was told the refund was rejected and the chrome forks was out for delivery when I asked for tracking number the manager couldn' t provide one. I have tried to contact Quickline back but no one answers the phone nor does anyone respond to my emails. I would just like my money refunded and to never have any dealings with Quickline Motorsports again.Desired Settlement: I would like my money put back into my account.
