This people are the a total rip off!! Called their mobile service here in seffner florida, we needed two new locks , they wrote on the receipt that they replaced the old ones for new ones, the one they placed on the front is falling apart and looks really beat up, the one on the back they "forgot" some screws and left it pretty much hanging When we called back and spoke to EsterShe said that we couldnt get a refundWas very rude and pretty much calling us crazyAfter like min she told us to send a picture and that they would call us back and maybe get us a new lockWe send them the picture and minutes later we get a call from Christian and he said we were lying and that they would not replace anything or give us a refund, he was cursing us being rude saying f* etcWe just lost $dollars they don't have a store or anything Don't get ripped off by these people go to a real locksmith!

While out of town on vacation a tenant of my company's was locked out of her unit. I called quicklocksmith247.com and was told to expect a technician in 15-20 minutes. I then telephoned the tenant to meet the locksmith at the door. 20 minutes later I received a call from the technician informing me he was yet another 15-20 minutes away. After 30 minutes I called the technician back and was told it was going to be another 15-20 mintues. This pattern continued for 2 and a half hours before the technician finally arrived. The technician was on site for 2 hours completing the service whereupon he called me for payment information. I gave him my payment information over the phone and retired to bed for the night. The next morning I received a message from my tenant informing me that the technician was not successful in processing my card and had demanded payment from her.

For the next 6 hours that day I spent going back and forth with the company attempting to get the payment reversed on my tenant's card, charge my card, and resolve the issues. I was told on numerous occasions I would receive a call back from a customer service rep, the technician, or a supervisor. Not once did I receive a call back. I left several voicemails and attempted calling more than two dozen times. 6 hours later the issue was finally resolved. I was extremely disappointed that the company acted without my permission to charge my tenants rather than just call me back, and then took up a significant portion of my day the next day to resolve an issue that should have never occurred in the first place. In all, for a simple apartment lock-out, I spent over 12 hours of my time to resolve a simple issue.
