Review: I purchased a furnace airconditing unit and had them install it in 2011. On July 8, 2013 Quigley Smart's repairman
had to recharge the unit. AT THAT TIME HE SAID THE UNIT PROABLY DIDN'T GET A FULL CHARGE WHEN IT WAS INSTALLED. If it needed a charge in the future that would indict that there was a leak. If there was a leak he would
return and leak and dye test it without charge because it was a continuing problem. The bill for that service was $148.76
paid on 7/20/2013. When I turned the unit on this year it was out of refrigerant again. The repairman at this time leak and dye tested it. A leak was found inside the basement unit at a loose fitting. I believed it was installed that way. Rather than standing behind their product, I recieved a bill for $320.17. When I called Quigley Smart 7/3/2015 I was told the manager would contact me. This hasn't happenedIDesired Settlement: Mediation to resolve this problem!
