Quik Stop Reviews (3)

After receiving your complaint, we sent our 3rd party service tech out to investigate. The report came back as follows.1. No water in any tanks, this was done by manually applying water finding past to a dip stick, inserting into tanks all the way to the
bottom.2. Pulling history from tank monitors no water was registered on any tanks sensors. With this information and no other customers having the same complaint, Quik Stop is very satisfied that there was no water in our tanks before during or after customers purchase

I am rejecting this response because: Well by this time there might not be any more water on the tanks because so many people go to that gas station to get gasoline, so the water that those tanks contained might have already gone into some carsAnd for the past couple of weeks it has no been raining and there is no way water can get in there knowAlso its been a month that has past since I went to that gas stationAnd a month is enough for that water that was on the tanks to disappearI am for sure that, that gas station was the cause of the problem because there is no other possibilities that water could have flied into my gasoline tank just by magicSo a totally disagree with those test that were done

Review: On Wednesday December 10, 2014 I got gasoline on my truck and on Friday December 12, 2014 my truck did not want to turn on at all. I called my mechanic so that he can take a look at it and figure out what was wrong with my truck, and after checking the truck he said that the gas on the truck had water in it. So the only place I had put gasoline on my truck was on Quik Stop in 110 La Loma Avenue in Modesto, Ca 95354. So my mechanic recommended to take off the gas filter and from there he seen that the gas did contained water and that was the reason why my truck did not want to turn on at all, so I am wanting to see what can be done to replace the money and time I have been putting on the truck. If I did not put gas on that specific gas station maybe nothing would had happen. Once again I have all the receipts that I have been spending on this truck just because of this gas that I got in this gas station, and there are still some other things that I need to fix such as: fuel cluster gauge, its not working properly. I have attached some receipts of what I have been spending. If you need additional information please contact me. (I strongly recommend that if some has had a similar problem please do a complaint because I'm for sure I am not the only one.) Due to this heavy rains there is a strong possibility that water went inside where the gasoline is stored.Desired Settlement: Well I have been spending a lot of money/time due to this bad gasoline. There is no other way that water could have gone into the gas filter, because my mechanic said that the water was not coming from the radiator because the radiator is in good conditions and typically this truck don't overhead very well because 1.) I do not drive far, and 2.) this is not an old vehicle. So I'm just wanting to get a reimbursement because I'm for sure that it was the gasoline that I got in this gas station.
