Thank you for getting ahold of me to give us the opportunity to explain our side of complaint # [redacted] made by Ms [redacted] *** I will be explaining each and every thing that was said in this complaint by numbering the issues at hand If there is anything else that you may need Please either call me or email me back Here is our response to the complaints:1) QuikDri Carpet Cleaninng LLC has a minimum fee of $to go out (not the $that was stated in the complaint We have never charged an $minimum fee in the present or past) What that means is that no matter the size of the job that is needed to be done, the minimum charge is $ I explained to [redacted] the first time that I talked to her that since she is only getting one room of carpet cleaned, that it would be our minimum fee of $ I also explained to her that if she added something else like a room, rug, or a hallway, that it would not be any higher because it would still be included in our minimum fee I never said that adding two rugs would be included in that price As she stated in the complaint that she "thought" it was all included.2) The technician [redacted] (not ***) explained to her before he started that it would be extra and what her price was going to be (that is our policy and practice for every job We pride ourselves on upfront pricing and honestyHe also wrote the new prices on the invoice We charge $per room and $per Rug When [redacted] got to her house he was only expecting to clean one room and possibly a rug (which is still only our $minimum fee) Since she added rugs, that cuts out the minimum fee.3) When Ms [redacted] called our office to complain about the carpet, I asked her if her rugs were okay She said that the complaint she had was with the office carpet and not with the rugs The reason why I asked about the rugs, is because she said that the office carpet looked like it was cleaned with dirty waterWe used the same solution on her carpets that we cleaned the rugs with also We use a professional carpet cleaning solution called Polymer Encapsulation We do not use any water what so ever on the carpets when we clean them It is not like the carpet cleaning companies that use steam and water to clean the carpets It is a dry cleaning carpet cleaning solution.4) [redacted] would never be argumentative with Ms*** He was merely trying to explain that since she stated that she did not like our method of carpet cleaning, that he didn't want to waste her time with redoing it again with the same method and expecting different results It has been our policy since we have been in business to give a 100% refund upon complaints about specific services Ms [redacted] only complained about the office so we refunded her 100% of the money for the office that she complained about Which was $not the $minimum fee because she added the second rug.5)We pride ourselves on taking extra care to give every customer the best service possible Sometimes it requires extra solution Sometimes it requires extra time Sometimes it requires both Which is what we did for Ms*** The carpet was heavily worn and we did all we could to save it For example, it's like having a mustard stain on an old white T-shirt You can put it in the washing machineIt would be clean but the mustard stain would still be there 6) The calls that I received from Ms [redacted] and her husband were always answered Sometimes I was on the phone with another customerWhen she/he left a message I would call her/him back as soon as I could She also texted me a couple times and I texted her back If their calls were not returned, it was because there was no message left 7) To sum up our response to this complaint, we do not feel like we owe her anymore money because all she was asking for was the refund for the room that we cleaned She said that the rugs looked good so we didn't refund that part of the money back For exampleIf you call a mechanic to get your radiator fixed on your car and the mechanic has a minimum charge of $but the radiator normally would cost $You would have to pay the $minimum charge If the customer goes back and was unhappy with the radiator repair, the mechanic would give the $back Now, if a customer goes to the mechanic and says that she wants her radiator repaired but she also wants to get her transmission fixed She would not get charged the $for the radiator because she added another service (the transmission to be repaired) The mechanic would charge $for the radiator repair and the price of the transmission to be repaired If the customer gets both items repaired by the mechanic but is unhappy with the repair of the radiator, the mechanic would give the customer back $instead of $ The customer would not get the refund from the transmission repair.8) Not only is [redacted] a technician, he is also the owner of QuikDri Carpet Cleaning LLC He prides himself in his work and his interactions with his customers This is how he feeds his family and pays need.  Please either call me or email me back.  Here is our response to the complaints:1) QuikDri Carpet Cleaninng LLC has a minimum fee of $82 to go out (not the $83 that was stated in the complaint.  We have never charged an $83 minimum fee in the present or past).  What that means is that no matter the size of the job that is needed to be done, the minimum charge is $82.  I explained to [redacted] the first time that I talked to her that since she is only getting one room of carpet cleaned, that it would be our minimum fee of $82.  I also explained to her that if she added something else like a room, rug, or a hallway, that it would not be any higher because it would still be included in our minimum fee.  I never said that adding two rugs would be included in that price.  As she stated in the complaint that she "thought" it was all included.2) The technician [redacted] (not [redacted]) explained to her before he started that it would be extra and what her price was going to be (that is our policy and practice for every job.  We pride ourselves on upfront pricing and honesty. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. With the exception of the return calls.  There were two calls that were never returned after I left a vm (possibly three).  While I’m “accepting” of this, it’s really more in the spirit that I’d rather move on but I still DO NOT FEEL THIS WAS HANDLED CORRECTLY.  I just have other priorities in my life right now.  I feel this is not a credible company and will tell ANYONE who asks me to never use this company.  For $50, this could have been resolved.  I wasn’t heard, validated, nor responded to two or possibly three times literally using the words on my voice mail, “Please make this right” with NO return call.  That is a LIE.  I will leave this alone for now though.
