The PDF file referenced I have attached the 2 files sent to us by [redacted] on 12/30/2015. The PDF file is a dimensioned sketch of our existing house. I cannot tell what is in the plan file as we cannot open it with the programs currently on our computers. When I asked if they could send it in a form we could use, I was told that would not be done without additional charges. To me a $1000.00 charge for these files is ridiculous.Mr. Quissenberry communications have not been helpful, and we have received virtually no value for the money paid to his company.
We have already sent the Russell's a very common PDF file type that can be opened on most computers. In addition, we sent the actual program file. Chief Architect is one of the most popular programs outside of "CAD", and can be downloaded to most computers via the web. I believe them even offer...
trial versions. I hope this provided some clarity.
