I made an online delivery order. After odering online I realized no estimated arrival time was give. I then call the store, to verify they deliver. I was told that they didn't deliver. I then asked for the order to be canceled. The man that answered the phone told me to call the number on the website to cancel the order. I informed him that this was the number on the website that said to call to cancel a order. He informed me that he didn't know how to cancel an order. And that his boss was not there at the time. I called back at 2:13 that same day and asked again for the order to be canceled. His boss was still not there and he was unable to cancel my order. I informed the man that I was at work and that I couldn't pick up the order. And that I thought they delivered. I even attempted to have someone pick up the food but they never got it. I just want a refund. The order was not picked up until 12.15pm and the Manager on Duty [redacted] called the customer. She said she will pick it up soon. Since the order was not picked up for an hour she was again contacted that order was waiting to be picked up. She demanded that the Sandwich be hot and that she will send someone to pick it up. The [redacted] then prepared a fresh order for the customer and was ready for someone to pick up.About 30 minutes later around 1.30-2.00 pm the [redacted] called again and told the customer the order was ready. She said she didn't have anyone to pick up so the money should be refunded. The [redacted] gave her a number to call where she had placed the order and paid the money. She refused to call.We had made every effort to make the customer happy by making the order once again and keep ready as per time requested by her.We strongly feel there is no refund due to customer as there was no fault of ours.- More info received from the consumer 2013-11-13This is in regards to a dispoute. On the quizno's website it specifically saysRefund PolicyWe offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back. All credit card refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
