her front door areaWe sent maintenance to spray the area of concernMs*** called again on June 18th and was still seeing activity around her apartmentI sent the maintenance supervisor and the porter back to the unit and remove any nestsThey did not see any activity at that timeI walked the area today June 25, and I do not see any nests or activityWe removed a muddy area above the front door and did not see any activity.Please have the resident call the office if there is any further issues.Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions or concerns.Thank you,*** ***
