I advised her that she needed it resealed. She agreed to reseal it so we did so. We cleaned the drains out as well. We went to move the car and bring another car in and could not find the keys to it. She said a man had given them to us but couldn't tell us who they handed the keys to. Come to find out, they handed keys to a random man who does not work here. We searched everywhere for the keys. We tag all keys when they come in. We asked the man if someone gave him a set of keys and he said they had. I asked why he hadn't given them to us and he had forgotten. He gave them to us and they were the correct keys. She had called a tow truck in the meantime. I explained that we were going to retest the job and make sure it doesn't leak. She wouldn't allow us to after claiming we "lost" her keys. I was trying to show her all of the rotted rubber on her sunroof and she wouldn't allow us to see it. I explained the drains and windshield were not leaking but that she needed to get this rubber from the dealer and we'd put it on. She was upset that we'd charge her for this but this is a separate repair. I offered to put glue on there to keep it from leaking more and she declined and left.
If she gets the rubber I'd be happy to put it on. I'd have to charge her but I'll put it on. I don't know what she is referring to as far as storage. We wouldn't charge storage when we had a problem finding her keys.

I paid $450 for my back burner to be fixed and for leaks to be repaired in my Cadillac SUV. The window is still leaking and the back door still doesn't open and there is broken glass all in the back of the car. They were supposed to clean it all up.
