Problem #1: Resolved: The problems with the irrigation system were fixed at no cost to the customer, even though our contracts clearly state that we are not responsible for any unmarked buried lines, sprinkler lines or objects. We have no way of knowing where buried lines are unless they are marked. Our customer decides the location of his/her fencing and We install per their directive.
Problem #2:Awaiting Customer's New Post Cap Selection: The after market post caps we installed have failed and are not up to our standards.We have offered our customer a beautiful cedar cap option of their choosing and we will pay for the upgrade.We are currently waiting for their selection.Once the style is chosen the caps will be ordered and installed.
