I received an email from Revdex.com regarding this claim yesterday, January 4, 2017.  I spoke with my staff member, Troy L[redacted], about the incident and he recalled the issue and corroborated the details as Ms. [redacted] documented.  He indicated he sent $5 cash in the mail to Ms. [redacted] as promised...

but it was obviously not received.Given that Mr. L[redacted] was only in my employ for about a month when he handled Ms. [redacted]'s request, it appears as though he was not fully versed on procedure in an instance like this.  Mailing cash is certainly not something we recommend for obvious reasons.  I have generated a refund check of $5 for Ms. [redacted] (copy of check attached) and will have it in the mail tonight.  I am sorry this took so long to resolve and hope that Ms. [redacted] feels comfortable contacting me directly in the future if she encounters any problems at any of our properties.Sincerely,Chuck S[redacted]General ManagerPlatinum Parking281-407-3993

Thank you for sending this feedback.  I was aware of Ms. Roxanne [redacted]'s complaint from this past Monday, January 19.  From all accounts, the amount of money accused of being stolen was $2 to $3 in loose change NOT $300 at noted in the Revdex.com complaint.  Our manager, Troy, offered to...
