I called Radiology Services today in refrenceing to a statement I had received for a balance on on account number ***Suzanne answered the phone after an extensive hold waiting to speak to someone I was explaining to her I was trying to pay my balance in full for all of my accounts and the automated system was not giving me the option to change the balanceShe interrupted me to advise me my account has been sent to collectionsI have excellent credit and was very shocked to hear this I asked if this company does not send a notice of some type before turning over an account to collections and when that would have happend as I have not recivef any communication from a debt collecterShe advised me that this was their policy for any account that has not had payment rendered immediately to be turned overThe rest of our conversation continued to spiral down all the while she continued to be rude, she has a terrible tone to her voice when dealing with patientsI asked to speak with a supervisor thinking that I could get some actual assistance toward resolution and make my payment since that is after all the reason I calledSuzanne refused to allow me to speak with anyone stating that I had no reasonI insisted that as a customer who is dissatisfied with the service being provided that is reason enough to speak with management she continued to refuse to transfer me, I also stated that if I was unable to speak with a Manger that I would file a compliant with the Revdex.com and if necessary the insurance attorney general of my stateShe advised me to go ahead as if she could care less and then proceeded to disconnect the callI can't imagine having to deal with a company who has such little regard for their customersI was able to get the name of the collection company and upon calling spoke with the nicest lady named Pam at Action collections, as a general rule if your debt collector is nicer than your customer service representative I would think you have a large problem to address
