Review: They have just ruined two of my Brooke Brothers Suits. It seems fabrics came out from the suits..and both of them at the same time.I tried to talk to them but the owner is very arrogant....She wont discuss anything.

I want them to fix my suits. These are exclusive Brooke Brothers suit...very expensive.

Mr. [redacted] brought in his two Brook Brothers suits for dry cleaning. I believe the interfacing in the jackets is an example of a manufacturer defect. I nicely showed the customer how the elasticized interfacing is breaking down by pulling threads from inside of the jacket. I advised him to contact Brooks Brothers to stand behind their product as they usually do. To rectify this problem, we would be more than happy to have Mr. [redacted] bring his suits to our establishment, so that we can send them to the NCA (National Cleaning Association) for analysis. Then we would be glad to assist him in contacting Brook Brothers.

How can two suits get ruined at the same time with exactly similar type of defects? I will be happy to send two of my suits to the facility and will be interested to know why did that happen. I hope NCA is an independent agency and wont be influenced by their fellow members.

As we mentioned above, we would be happy to send his suits to the NCA for testing. He should bring them into Rainbow Cleaners and ask for [redacted] We will send them for testing via mail. It takes approximately 3 weeks for the results. I assure Mr. [redacted] that the NCA is uninfluenced by its members and will give accurate test results.
