We received a complaintI called the Revdex.com as soon, as the complaint was brought to my attentionI called the Revdex.com on Wednesday as soon as I received the letterI was supposed to wait further instructions on resolving the matter in which I never have I have since sent the customer a card with box cards certified mailThe post office said they should have arrived on Friday In regards to this matter, within two days, and I think it was the very next day I had sent the customer cards outI thought the matter was closedIn doing a sweep of my inbox to see if I had missed any communication from the customer I found an email from her on 3/that went to my spam folderI emailed her back to be looking for the cards, and invited her to call and or email when they arrive I really need to know what I need to do in order to resolve this with you all One Love [redacted] General Manger, Fry Cook, and Cashier
