I contacted the Director/Coach [redacted] to let him know my daughter was bullied at practice and didn't want to go back because she has anxiety. I asked for a refund and he said they do not give refunds unless [redacted] talked to the Coach. [redacted] was scared and embarrassed. The Director and Coach called my daughter asking her what happened. She didn't want to get anyone in trouble so she did not tattle on the teammates or coach. I asked again for a refund because [redacted] was not coming back and he kept talking me in circles. It is very frustrating that we can't get a refund, partial even. If a child is scared and anxious why would you try and talk her into teammates who don't want her there.Product_Or_Service: Volleyball teamDesired SettlementI would like half of my money back. She played a month before the incident happened. I do not want to talk to the director because he talks too much and doesn't listen. It's frustrating to deal with someone who talks over you.
