In response to complaint filed by Ms. [redacted] (Case #[redacted]), as is always is our intention, we fully intend to stand behind any and all homes we build. With regards to [redacted] complaint, our response is as follows. With regards to...

the outstanding water bill this was initially missed by the closing attorney and at the time of closing the city water department was not reflecting an outstanding balance. Within the last 10 days we were made aware of this situation by the real estate agent, not the home owner. We are currently investigating this and assuming the information is found to be correct, we will gladly pay any outstanding balance prior to closing. The homeowner did an initial home orientation to include a walk thru, demonstration and punch list prior to closing. We have verified those items were completed prior to closing and have signed documentation by the homeowner to reflect such. At closing [redacted] received both a Warranty Procedures Letter and a copy of Residential Construction Performance Guidelines booklet as published by the National Association of Home Builders, both of which we have signed documentation verifying that she received both items. The letter clearly outlines RAM Homes Inc. procedures for warranty after closing and the booklet outlines the industry standards for warranty which we are obligated to meet or exceed. The warranty letter clearly states all warranty must be submitted in writing and no phone calls will be accepted for warranty except for emergency situations, i.e. water leak, gas leak, complete power failure. Presently we have no warranty request from [redacted] on file. Upon receiving one we will gladly schedule a walk thru to review all warranty items, after which any necessary repairs will also be scheduled.
