July 8, Response to Compliant # *** This is an unfornuate event for which I do not see a resolution that will satisfy the customerThe vehichle was returned to the dealership finally after multiple attempts were made to connect the customerThe down payment was not made as agreed upon;
the contact information provided by the customer was inaccurate leaving the dealership with no active contact number and no valid place of residenceA temporary tag was issued to the consumer in good fair that the down payment and payment arrangements agreed upon would be unheld by the consumerIt is unfornuate we were unable to reach an accord yet I will not return funds that were not provided nor in this case even if they had been provided as was agreed upon by the consumer since the vehicle was utilized by the consumer during the weeks prior to the return of the vehicle to the dealershipThis has been reported to the Ohio Attorney General and response was made to their office regarding the consumer's desired outcome to themWe are responding to this compliant and the consumer's change in demands with this statement as indicated aboveIf you have any further questions please feel free to contact usThank you for your time and consideration in this matter
