I am rejecting this response because:
1) As I stated initially, there was not ANY urine OR fecal matter involved in what your “staff” (used loosely throughout this response) had to moveThere were cat litter boxes present, but were not included in what your “staff” were to be paid to move.
2) “more and more of these conditions arising”...there was only one cat tree that got wet from the rainYou are using empty excuses, explain exactly what you mean
3) Initially they said they didn’t want to carry the cat tree downstairs because they didn’t want to get cat hair on their uniformsYou mean sweaty T-shirtsThey thought there was urine on the cat tree and they did not want to touch it and walked awayThat does not constitute even close to a “conversation.” If there was an aggressive, lunging dog, the stairs precariously wobbling, a customer flashing the staff...these are acceptable reasons to walk off a jobWet furniture IS NOTYou will dry, I promise
4) Furthermore, I did not have a conversation with managementYOU did not answer your phone when I called immediately as your “staff” (used loosely, remember) drove awayYOU or any management ever returned my callsYou could have encouraged your “staff” to suck it up, grow some ***, it is a temporary situation, MAN UP!!!! You are coddling these young men instead of serving as a responsible exampleFor them to think they can make decisions of this magnitude without your approval is ludicrous.
5) My husband and I had even hired your company to move our furniture into our storage unit from the moving van from Maine when we first arrived back in ColoradoWe trusted you, we trusted your company and we trusted your “staff.” Can you imagine how disappointed/scary it was to stand there in Windsor as your “staff” drove away and I had to find help on a Thursday to move us to our new residenceYou and your “staff” left me in a horrible situation, alone, crying, not knowing where to turnI was willing to pay for your services and tip accordinglyYou were only willing to let your “staff” (aka Sissies) make improper decisions and disregard my communicationsHmmmm, now I know where your “staff” gets their training...SHAME ON YOU ***

We had an awesome experience with Ram's! We were surprised how affordable using professional moving support wasAnd even more pleasantly surprised at how great the service wasTwo guys showed up on timeThey were polite, professional, very careful with our stuff, and clearly had a great system for loading carefullyThey made moving as easy as it getsWe will definitely use these guys in the future and highly recommend them!

OSHA safety regulations require that we do not put our staff in the presence of urine or fecal matterWe are not trained nor equipped for this taskOur staff also are not trained in dealing with water and mold damagesWhile we wish we could have finished your job, there appeared to be more and
more of these conditions arisingDuring such conditions you may need to hire a company such as *** to come in and clean before we are legally able to move your belongingsThese issues were very clearly explained to you by both our staff and management before leaving your job site

I am rejecting this response because:
There will be no resolution with this type of personFrom the very day the boys walked off the job he did not respond to my phone calls or emails I made in the weeks afterThe boys health was a non-issue, just a bunch of blah, blah covering up the real issues
I will continue to retell this story and encourage people to not use this companyPoor workmanship, poor customer service and severely mismanagedAgain, management letting two boys make these kind of decisions is LUDICROUSThis is the end of my communication with these energy-sucking individuals.

Again, though we cannot prove the presence of urine we must make a judgement call in this situationWe do apologize that our company t-shirts are not up to par, as goes with the job title we do get sweaty and we do tend to rip/tear shirts often making expensive uniforms difficult to maintainAt the point of leaving your job we did our best to clearly explain the issues we were seeingIt seemed that we were only going to hurt the situation by continuing to discuss whether or not the wetness was from the cats or notOSHA safety regulations carry very strict penalties which we cannot afford to face, and in the face of uncertainty we do have to do our best to protect ourselves as a company as well as the safety and health of our staff
