To help explain the situation I have included the following description:  Rambo Total Pest Control has never done any snake control, and we have no plans to begin providing snake control services in the future.  With that said, it seems odd that we would have set up an appointment specifically for snakes.  The service that was placed on the schedule for your home was called a "General Purpose Pest Assessment" (GPPA) which we use when we aren't really sure what the control scenario will consist of.  The entire cost of this GPPA would have been applied toward any control services you hired us to perform within 30 days.  This service was offered to investigate for possible rodent issues that may have been causing the snakes to be attracted to your structure.  I was not involved in the phone call to set this appointment up but I truly believe the person who took your call was sincerely trying to do what she could to help resolve a problem for  you.  Sometimes we overreach in the attempt to help our clients, and it sounds like this is a good example of overreaching.  There was a breakdown in the plan here and that is why we are crediting your account back for this service.  I hope this is a satisfactory conclusion and that you will give us another shot in the future if you have a problem with pests for which we do offer control services.
