This letter is in response to ID [redacted] Rampart House Apartments. 
1. Water is NEVER turned off without resident notice.  Any water issue that arised on property has been repaired.  Only hot water was turned off for a couple of hours and then restored for resident’s early evening.
2. Mr. [redacted] was served a notice to vacate for non-payment of rent (as stipulated in the lease agreement.  [redacted] was following protocol, not harassing the resident.
3. [redacted] is very aware that he did not pay his rent for the month of September (our office was not broken into or robbed).  Per the lease agreement, he is liable to pay his rent and must submit proof of payment to the leasing office which he did not do.  Also, if he did submit payment to the drop box (as indicated) and the office did not receive the check, he must contact his bank and stop payment on the check and re-issue a new check to the office.
