I am not in agreement with Mileground Pre- Owned motors response. In their response they say I told them I had an anti-freeze leak and he told me not to drive because it would mess up the motor. That is false information. He also stated that I cancelled multiple appointments is false as well. I went to three different of his mechanics before it been weeks later and they still had no solution. I missed my second or third appointment after I drove to PA continuously and they still had no solution. I missed the appointment one time and had called Frank to reschedule and I could never get back in touch with him. Not to mention they communicated between each other before anything was told to me, and I had to stay on them about getting things done. He mentions that it was finally decided that it was a leak, but it is now april and they just discovered what the issue was and it was not a small leak. he never scheduled a repair which is why I didnt appear for one, he just now fixed the car without my authorization. I am just now getting things done because this is how long he has taken and how much I have run around to his different mechanics trying to discover the issue and where it was coming from. I did look into trading in the vehicle, but he said that I told them the vehicle was running great and nothing was wrong with it, but I did not say that because in his complaint he mentioned how he knew what was wrong with the car and that I did not show up for the repair service so how could the car have been running great and he already knew about the leak. they were going to trade the car but wanted to increase my car from $228 to $379 and put down a new deposit. that did not make sense being as thou this car was not paid off. and they had never fixed the problem. they were horrible at communicating until I brought in the idea of getting a new car. I declined the offer, and he did not schedule me for a fix. it was days later that I called again complaining about the sitaution and I went to the dealer in [redacted]. they told me nothing was wrong with my car and I knew that was false so they told me to keep putting antifreeze in the car in which I did and I have recepits to show for them. the next time my car was in the shop was when it had turned off on me and ed told me to tow it there and they have had my care ever since. and they even tried to tell me that nothing was wrong with my car. he also mentioned at the end that because I never made appointment they couldnt determine what was wrong with my car. but that was self-contradiction and also false because he already mentioned he knew what was wrong with the car. I also have a letter from the warranty company, THEY were going to extend it because they also knew about the leak. so he is lying about a lot of the information, and its contradictory. and I have evidence of the appointments I did make. thank you,[redacted]

We at tricks of the Trade stand behind the first response. The prerequisites for the contract were never preformed by the owner as supplied in [redacted] response. Proof of the documentation was supplied. As for the other matters, the bis was not late. It was around a $38,000 bid submitted 9-28. There was a request to change the bid and on 10/12 another bid was submitted. There were subsequently many more additions and changes and the end bid before the [redacted] revision (the bid that was not affordable) was around $161,000. There is no mistakes in the bid that can miscount $120,000 dollars in changes. In Fact the reason and truth is that the [redacted]'s were adding work and bid after bid was submitted to satisfy the wants and needs they were asking for. 8 bid changes were done for the [redacted] family. The final bid was submitted 12/2. Tricks of the Trade was in no way the cause of the 3 extensions. The final bid was around $106,000. There was never an intervention for Tricks of the Trade, that statement is false. The no call after settlement until after the new year was false. In fact I personally called Dale on December 26 to discuss things. As for the no show to the cabinet company. They had an appointment with a lady and came on time, discussed cabinets and ultimately decided on cabinets. I was not needed there and the working. I told them I would try to make it to assist them and was unable to meet them and contacted the to let them know all I need to do is follow up with the cabinet company and them after. Tricks of the Trade did do that. The allegations of missed appointment and waiting is in fact false. The contract clearly states the asbestos and drawling as part of the owners responsibility and Tricks of the Trade woukd assist in the process and had all the companies needed but was not going to pay for non reimbursable items that are not in the contract. The Business license and insurance has to be submitted with the initial bid for the Bank to approve any quotes. The proper credentials were submitted and in fact Tricks of the Trade had to renew the license early to make certain we would have a valid license for the next year since the settlement was nov and the bank did not thing the completion would be less then the next year. So this statement was also false.Tricks of the Trade is not in business nor are they partnered with agent in any way. Sincerely,[redacted]Tricks of the Trade

This vehicle has been repaired and is in good working order. It was returned to Ms. [redacted] and she is once again driving the car. We regret any miscommunication.[redacted]Mileground Preowned Motors, Inc

Said consumer purchased vehicle on 2/14/2013. Dealership mailed title to consumer within 30 days of sale and has all photo copies for proof. Two years and three months later, consumer states he never received title or it was lost during a divorce. Again the dealership was notified over two years...

after the sale. Dealership re-produced title in a timely fashion and charged the consumer a fee of $90 to do so.  Thank you.
