Rick and his team had a heavy load of our book shelves and a desk to deliver down a set of stairs AND navigating tight corners...they were AMAZING! They even did an extra request for me moving a couch...they said one moves items three times till your happy with its location! I had to leave to go to work but phoned Rick today to say a big thanks for the wonderful job they did and to ask them if they haul stuff away too! We will certainly hire them in a flash and gladly recommend their services!

I can't say enough about how great On Line Moving and Delivery is I was desperately looking for a mover to pick up some items at the Auction and deliver them to my storage locker that day I must have called or more and they were all busy When I reached Rick at On Line, he had just finished a job and had another booked for a bit later in the day He offered to fit my move in before his next one I explained that I was at work all day but that the Storage company would give him access to a new locker I had rented over the phone He picked up my items and went to the Storage locker Unfortunately, it was too small for my things While trying to decide what to do he offered to keep my things on his truck for the day and come after work to deliver them again Luckily for him I was able to rent a larger locker at the same place while he was still there He was so accommodating and helpfulAnd to put the icing on the cake, his price was extremely reasonable I would recommend On Line Moving to anyone!

Has a moving company ever made you cry ? Well On Line Moving and Delivery actually did ! They made me cry with their kindness and thoughtfulness This moving company goes well beyond what I would ever have believed I have moved recently from *** and that is a very stressful moveOnline Moving and Delivery made my move a whole lot less stressful I had tried to call another moving company over and over but they never answered I had one day to get my furniture delivered and so I called Online Moving and Delivery The owner answered while moving a couch and was so welcoming on the phone He said he would make sure my delivery got picked up and he would make sure he would fit it in Even for such short notice I felt instantly relieved They arrived on time with my furniture and I was greeted very politely by two hands out for a shake with introductions of names Absolutely professional and friendly One of the movers suggested cautiously that I might want to get my furniture cleaned before I put it in to my house as he had seen the estate where it had come from and felt it was quite dirty He said that they would even come back after I got it cleaned and put it in to my house for free ! It was the BEST advice I could have taken ! I followed his advice and got the couch and chair cleaned the following morning and I couldn't believe the dirt that came out of it I would NOT have wanted that dirt and yuckiness in my house and also the smell ! I am forever grateful that he cared enough to offer that advice I called them the next day and told them it was ready to be put in to my house and they made sure they were there on time to get these pieces of furniture in to my house I had been out that morning and I was late getting to my house !!! They sat outside my house for 1/and hour and did not even complain or make me feel bad I cannot believe how incredible these people were ! The owner himself was there as well as his son and they bent over backwards to get my furniture in to my house and THEN also helped me move a very heavy piece of furniture in my house so I could place a carpet under itAbove and beyond the call of duty When I tried to pay them for this second movethey refused to take the money !!!! I was so touched by their kindness I had tears I am still to this day very touched by their kindness and professionalism and care These men are extraordinary and this Company deserves the highest rating it can receive
