April 25,Dear [redacted] :I am in receipt of your letter dated April 18, regarding a complaint from our customer.The customer did make the purchase in our store (***’s) on 3/9/as statedAt the time of the purchase she was told that the glasses were NOT returnableWhen she came back to the store to ask for a refund, the manager reminded her that he had told her that they were not returnableHe was about to make the return for the hat that she also wanted a refund for when her husband starting calling both managers names etc(yelling and making a scene) When he referred to one of the managers as a “dumb **.they were both asked to leave the store immediately(They apparently thought this little detail wasn’t important enough to write in the letter to you)This is the reason why she did not get the refund for the hatI would ask you to tell this customer and her husband that they are not welcome in our stores for obvious reasonsWe will not be issuing any refunds to them.Sincerely,

Review: On 3/9/14 I purchased 2 pairs of aviator sunglasses at $7.99 each, a cowboy hat at $29.99, and a pair of fancy aviator glasses for $69.99. Before paying,I asked the manager if the cowboy hat and the fancy aviator glasses could be returned if my son could not use them for a project he was doing, emphasizing that if these were not the right kind, no one will use them and they will be returned in their purchase condition. The manager said he would give a full refund as long as they were returned within 2 weeks with the receipt. and added that normally glasses are not refundable due to health reasons because people tend to wear them, but in this case, since I had promised that the glasses would not be used and returned right away, he told me he would give me a full refund. This was done in the presence of another salesman who was helping me. I went back to the store on 3/14/14 to return the hat and fancy glasses as my son did not use them for his project, and the manager refused to return the glasses. When I reminded him of his promise, he completely denied it, and when I tried to remind him of the agreement, he became angry and told me he would not return the hat either.Desired Settlement: I just want my full refund as promised. Both items are in the original packaging with the sales tags on them. in fact, they have been in the bag since I bought them. I think the treatment I received was unfair and unjust and dishonest.
